Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal! In 3 Gehminuten erreicht man den Bahnhof Penzing, wo alle 15 Minuten die S45 Richtung Handelskai und die S50 Richtung Westbahnhof fahren und man so einen super Anschluss an alle weiteren Orte hat.
Die U4 Station Hietzing und die U3 Station Hütteldorfer Straße sind in jeweils 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Straßenbahn 52 hält außerdem ungefähr 100 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt und fährt alle 10 Minuten.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, es gibt viele kleinere Parks sowie Schönbrunn in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.
Ein Billa, Hofer und Spar, sowie andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u.a. Apotheke) sind in 500m zu erreichen.

The location of the apartment is ideal! It’s a 3-minute walk to Penzing station, where the S45 towards Handelskai and the S50 towards Westbahnhof run every 15 minutes, providing excellent connections to all other places. The U4 station Hietzing and the U3 station Hütteldorfer Straße are each a 10-minute walk away. Additionally, tram line 52 stops about 100 meters from the apartment and runs every 10 minutes. The area is very quiet, with many small parks and Schönbrunn Palace in the immediate vicinity. A Billa, Hofer, and Spar, as well as other shopping facilities (including a pharmacy), are within 500 meters.

Du würdest mir mir, Dennis (31) zusammenleben. Ich studiere Politikwissenschaft im Master und arbeite nebenbei in Teilzeit. Dass Daniela ins Ausland geht finde ich einerseits schade, weil wir gut zusammenleben und andererseits eine gute Sache für sie. Sie kommt ja wieder. :)
Ich bin ein ruhiger Typ und die WG ist keine Party-WG und soll es auch nicht werden.
Mir sind Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen wichtig und dir sollte das auch ein Anliegen sein.
Generell bin ich offen, auch miteinander was zu machen, aber das ergibt sich je nach Dynamik.
Ansonsten lese ich viel fürs Studium und mache Sport. Klar, darf das ein oder andere Bier mit Freund:innen nicht fehlen.

You would be living with me, Dennis (31). I’m studying for a master’s degree in political science and also working part-time. On one hand, I find it sad that Daniela is going abroad because we live well together, but on the other hand, it’s a good thing for her. She will be back, after all. :) I’m a quiet person, and this flatshare is not a party flatshare and should not become one. Order and cleanliness in the communal areas are important to me, and they should be of concern to you as well. In general, I’m open to doing things together, but that depends on the dynamics. Otherwise, I read a lot for my studies and do sports. Of course, the occasional beer with friends is a must. We look forward to your message.
