Danjiela and I, Dino, are offering a room in our shared flat and we are happy to welcome you October 1st. The spacious room (around 21m², high ceilings) is facing west and is thus very sunny and quiet. The walls will be freshly painted and the room will be unfurnished. Your room can be accessed separately from the anteroom. The rent already includes internet, energy costs, etc.
Bathroom and toilet can be accessed separately. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and offers marble working-benches. Washing machine and dish washer are available.
The flat is situated in a quiet residential area in the vicinity of Schönbrunn Palace and the Viennese Woods (Steinhof), both offer a number of recreational opportunities and the chance to go for a run in fresh air. Local shopping centers are found nearby in Hietzing and Ober St.Veit. You can reach the city center (Karlsplatz) with the subway in 15 minutes.
Connections: Line U4 in 3 minutes walking distance. Tramways 49 and 52 are nearby.
The flat is connected to the “Wiental Highway” which allows a fast and safe travel by bicycle in a former riverbed to Hietzing, from there you can reach the city center on extended bicycle tracks fairly quickly.
Danijela is currently working in wood restoration and is in Bavaria from time to time. Dino is employed at the university and is busy finishing up his PhD in Social Ecology. We have been living together for almost 6 years now and became very good friends. We prefer a laid-back and relaxed, yet responsible and respectful communal living with our future flat mate. We are both in our early 30ies and would prefer someone with shared-flat experiences.
We are working most of the time and prefer, if you could drop us a line via email (). We will quickly respond in order to arrange a meeting or a conversation via skype. It would be nice, if you could include some information about yourself and some expectations you might have about living together.
