The 16sqm room is located in a quiet, apartment complex at Hütteldorferstraße. The apartment is equipped with 2 big balconies, a high-end kitchen in the living room and a big beautiful bathroom. The complex itself has a supermarket, which is complemented by numerous restaurants, bakeries and other kinds of shops on Hütteldorferstraße. Only 5min by foot is Meiselmarkt, a market place where one can buy fresh fruits and vegetables as well as other specialties in a great classical market atmosphere. Additionally, there is a sunny rooftop terrace, a washing room, a wellness-area and a bike storage, which can be used by all people in the apartment complex.
Durch die sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (1 Min. zur U3 Station Hütteldorferstraße, Straßenbahnlinien: 49, 10) ist man innerhalb von 10 Min. mit der U3 in der Innenstadt und kann somit auch Locations wie das Museumsquartier, die Uni Wien oder den Stephansplatz schnell erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Grünflächen (insgesamt 6 Parks, zB der weitreichende Auer-Welsbach-Park), die sich auch für sportliche Aktivitäten ideal eignen. Für die körperliche Fitness gibt es auch FitInn-Fitnesscenter 5 Gehminuten entfernt, dass mit 20€/Monat eine günstige Gelegenheit bietet, sich in Form zu halten.

With its great infrastructure (1min. away from the metro station U3 Hütteldorferstraße or the tramway lines 49, 10) one can easily get to the Inner City or locations such as the Museumsquartier or University of Vienna within 10 minutes. In the vicinity there is a range of green areas (6 parks in total, e.g. the picturesque Auer-Welsbach-Park), that are also ideal for sports. Furthermore, there is a Gym 5min. by foot away which only costs 20€/month to stay in shape.
Dein Mitbewohner in der WG ist Johannes. Er ist 50 Jahre alt und untertags in der Arbeit, kocht am Wochenende gerne und ist ein unkomplizierter Zeitgenosse. Darüber hinaus ist er sehr geschichts- und politik-interessiert, interessiert sich für Wirtschaft & Wissenschaft, unterhält sich gerne über das Reisen (er hat bereits über 30 Länder bereist) und ist ein ruhiger, entspannter WG-Mitbewohner.

Your flatmate is Johannes. He is 50 years old and at work during the day, likes to cook on the weekends and is an easy-going person. Apart from that, he is very much into history and politics, economics and science, loves to talk about traveling (he has already been to more than 30 countries) and is a quiet, relaxed guy.

Ob du einfach nur ein Zimmer während dem Studium brauchst und deine Ruhe haben willst oder in einer gemütlichen 2er-WG in einem wunderschönen Neubau niederlassen möchtest - hier bist du richtig! :) Mit 420€/Monat sind alle Kosten abgedeckt und bei Bedarf kann das Zimmer auch über die 2 Jahre hinaus gemietet werden!
