WG-Zimmer in einer 3-er WG zu vergeben. Das Zimmer ist zwar nicht riesengroß (ca. 8 m²), aber man bekommt alles unter: Das Zimmer ist mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Regal voll möbliert. Der Kleiderschrank steht im Flur vor dem Zimmer – man bekommt den Eindruck von einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Es gibt ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer, welches direkt an die Durchgangs-Küche anschließt und für alle zur Verfügung steht. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, inklusive Geschirrspüler. Außerdem gibt es ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine sowie ein separates WC.
Small but cosy room in a shared-flat of 3 up for grabs. Though the room is fairly small (about 8 m2), it contains everything one needs - a bed, desk and shelf. Wardrobes are situated in the hallway next to the rooms, so you have enough space to store your stuff. There is a big shared living room and a nice communal kitchen. The kitchen contains everything one could want including a fancy smoothiemaker and a dishwasher. (Luxurious!) Additionally the bathroom contains a bathtub and there is a seperate toilet.
Die Lage ist etwas dezentral jedoch nah an der Ubahn, somit braucht man nie lang ins Zentrum: die U-Bahnstation U3 Kendlerstraße ist in 2 Gehminuten zu erreichen, sodass man am Westbahnhof in 10 Minuten, in der Innenstadt in 20 Minuten ist. Ebenso kommt man sehr schnell zu den Straßenbahnlinien 49 und 10. Der Schönbrunner-Schlosspark ist somit in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und lädt zum Spazieren und Joggen ein. Supermärkte, wie Billa, Penny, Hofer … sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.
The appartment is situated where the 14th, the 15th and the 16th district meet each other. So not too central but really well connected. (U3 Kendlerstraße and Hütteldorfer Straße really close, 49, 12A) So you can be at the Westbahnhof in about 10 minutes, same goes for the Schloss Schönbrunn. 20 minutes to the city center. Supermarkets all easily reachable and close.
Es handelt sich um eine gemütlich-gesellige Studenten/Berufstätigen-WG. Klar ist, dass jeder seinen eigenen Verpflichtungen und Aktivitäten nachgeht, dennoch ist ein geselliges Zusammensein, mit ab und zu mal einem Gläschen Wein, willkommen…..
Da die persönlichen Zimmer auch alle etwas kleiner sind, entsteht schnell ein ganz gemütliches WG Leben, da man dazu tendiert, sich im großen Wohnzimmer oder der Küche aufzuhalten.
So far two girls are living here in a nice, friendly student/working flat situation. Clearly everyone has their one life and activities, we very much like to sit together and have a drink of beer and/or wine as well though.
Since the private rooms are rather small, we tend to hangout in the living room a lot, which makes the appartment quite sociable.
Ich bin immer via Emails kontaktierbar. E-mails werdenin Kürze gecheckt und ich melde mich dann ein persönliches Gespräch betreffend zurück. Einfach eine kurze E-mail mit Selbstbeschreibung und etwaigen Fragen schicken. Wär auch gut zu wissen ob du schon in Wien bist, denn die Wohnung wäre schon ab Juli zu übernehmen.
