Im Zimmer befinden sich außerdem
- ein 160cm Bett
- 2 Schreibtische
- 2 Schränke
- ein Sofa (mit Bettfunktion)
- ein Bücherregal
Außerdem sind auf dem Balkon einige nette Stühle und ein Tisch fürs draussen essen und chillen vorhanden..

Hi! We are looking for a new flatmate or a couple for our nice shared flat in Penzing (14th district). The room (28 sqm + 8 sqm private balcony) is completely furnished and has a beautiful balcony.
In the room you will find:
- a 160cm bed
- 2 desks
- 2 wardrobes
- a couch (converts to bed)
- a spacious bookshelf.
There are some chairs and tables to use on the balcony too.
Die Lage ist recht ruhig und hell. Die Wohung befindet sich im 1OG (mit Aufzug) und verfügt über Privatkeller und Radabstellraum. Die Bushaltestelle (51A - fährt in 9 Min. nach U4 Hietzing) ist nicht einmal 1 Min zu Fuß entfernt; außerdem sind die U3 Stationen Kendlerstraße und Hütteldorfer Straße in zirka 10 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahn 49 (fährt auch als Nightliner Bus) hält auch in der Nähe (10 Min zu Fuß). Damit braucht es z.B. 25 Min nach Schottentor und 26 Min nach Karlsplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es eine Menge: Hofer, Spar, Merkur, Billa, Penny (und vieles anderes in der Hütteldorfer Straße) sind alle in zwischen 5 und 15 Min zu Fuß erreichbar

The area is very quiet and nice. The flat is on the 1st floor (*not ground floor), there is an elevator, a private cellar and a room where to lock bikes. The Bus stop (51A - gets you to the U4 Hietzing station in 9 minutes) is in front of the building; the U3 stations of Kendlerstraße and Hütteldorfer Straße are also reachable in about 10 minutes walking. The tram 49 (which also goes as Nightliner Bus) stop Leyserstraße is very close too (about 10 minutes walking). This makes getting to Schottentor or Karlsplatz in around 25 minutes possible. There a lot of groceries around (Hofer, Spar, Merkur, Billa, Penny) and you can get there in max 15 minutes walking.
Hier leben 2 supernette TU Studenten, die hier schon seit mehr als zwei Jahren wohnen. Es ist keine Party-WG, aber Unterhaltung miteinander hat nie gefehlt!
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Bad, einem WC (mit Fenster), eine große Wohnküche (mit Geschirrspüler und moderne Ausstattung), einem Abstellraum, und drei Schlafzimmern. Gesucht wird eine freundliche Person jeglichen Alters, die in eine hübsche und saubere WG einziehen will.

You will live here with 2 very nice students at the Technical University who have been living in this flat for more than 3 years now. This is no a "Party flat", but we have always had fun together.
The flat has a bathroom, a WC with window, a big kitchen (with dish washer and modern furniture), a storeroom and three bedrooms. We are looking for a friendly person (or couple) of any age who would like to share a nice and clean flat.
