Wer würde gern (m)ein WG Zimmer von 1. bis 30. September mieten? Inkl. allem (Internet, Strom, Gas) 320€. Ein 5m² großer Balkon ist direkt ans Zimmer angeschlossen, dh. dir stehen mehr als 20 sonnige Quadratmeter zur Verfügung. Superwundervolle Mitbewohner, wovon aber nur einer im September da ist und das Zimmer meiner anderen Mitbewohnerin ist vermutlich auch untervermietet, aber alles in allem genug Ruhe & Platz für dich.

The room itself is about 20 sqm. My wonderful flatmates won't be home much during this time either, so there is enough space for you to relax :)

14. Bezirk, 10 Minuten Fußweg zur U3 Hütteldorfer Straße, 10 Minuten Busfahrt zur U4 Hietzing, wo dann auch Schönbrunn gleich um die Ecke ist. Die 49er Bim zum Volkstheater fährt praktisch vor der Haustür weg. Wunderbar für entspannende Sommermonate im Grünen, weil auch der Lainzer Tiergarten und Baumgartner Höhe nicht weit weg sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit Merkur und Hofer max. 5 Gehminuten entfernt, die Bäckerei "Der Mann" hat auch an Sonntagen geöffnet und es gibt eine sehr gute Pizzeria im Nachbarhaus.
>>> The flat is located in the 14th district, 10 minutes walking distance to U3 Hütteldorfer Straße and 10 minutes by bus to U4 Hietzing, where the relaxing Schönbrunn Park is nearby. The tram line 49 in the direction to Volkstheater leaves in front of the house. The location is awesome for those of you who want to spend time in the green, as the beautiful "Lainzer Tiergarten" and "Baumgartner Höhe" are close as well. Grocery shopping can be done at Merkur or Hofer which are a maximum of 5 minutes walk away. Down the street is a bakery that has even open on Sundays and I can recommend a very good pizza place in the neighbor house.

Das WG-Leben ist super entspannt und gemütlich, dir wird es bei uns sicher gefallen :) Wichtig wär mir nur, dass du auf die Wohnung Acht gibst und vielleicht ab und zu die Pflanzen gießt :)
