Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/innen über den Sommer (August und September)
Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß (Gesamtmiete dafür: 250€ !) , keine Kaution!
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 90m² groß und bietet auch eine kleine Terrasse. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind relativ groß. (Siehe Fotos!)
Lage

Penzing, Felbigergasse!!
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut: die Straßenbahnen (Linien 49 und 52) sind zu Fuß in etwa drei Minuten zu erreichen. Die U_Bahn (U4 und U3) ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt..
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Billa, Bipa, Lidl, Hofer, Penny, Merkur) gibt es ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Genüge.
WG-Leben
Ich bin Corrado, und ziehe aus! Ich ziehe zurück nach Italien!
Valentin ist 30 Jahre alt und ist Schauspieler! Seine große Leidenschaft ist die Musik und natürlich das Theater. Er ist eine hilfsbereite Person und fast immer für einen netten Plausch oder ein Bier zu haben.
Nicklas (25) studiert Psychologie. In seiner Freizeit ist er Patenonkel , ansonst geht er longboarden oder auf Festivals. Er ist sehr nett und immer bereit für ein Zusammenspiel an Videogames.

Hello everyone,
one room in a flat with terrace is available for the summer (July and August).
It's 250€ a month without deposit!
Our apartment is located in Penzing. It's 3 minutes away from the tram 49 and 51 , and 15 minutes walk from U4 and U3. The flat is on the 4th floor with elevator, open kitchen and living room.
It's a 3 person flatshare.
Valentin is 30 and works as an actor here in Vienna. He loves playing the guitar, going to the Theather, and sleeping. :-) He would love to find some people who are relaxed and funny, with whom he can chat in the evening, while drinking a beer or smoking a cigarette.
Nicklas is 25 and studies Psicologie. He is open-minded, relaxed, and easy-going. In his free time he helps a kid, goes to Donau Insel, festivals...
