3 people flat is looking for new roomie

The apartment is located only 3 mins away from the U3/49/10/46 station Hütteldorferstraße. Within 5 minutes by Ubahn you're at Westbahnhof, 2 more minutes and you're at Neubaugasse and after another 3 stops you're in the city center at Stephansplatz or Landstraße. You can take the 49 to reach Schönbrunn within 10 minutes (You can even see the Gloriette when you look down the street next to our house!). The Hütteldorferstraße itself is full with shops and bars and restaurants, in the area closeby you can find a Merkur, Billa, DM, backwerk and Anker. Our street leads directly to the Meiselmarkt (5 mins by walk), which has given our street its name and is basically a huge shopping mall with all you can wish for.

You will be living with me, Jana, Andrea and my two cats Loki and Hades. Our roommate is moving together with his girlfriend, so Andrea will be taking over his room and you will be getting Andreas room.
I (Jana) am originally from Germany and came here 3 years ago to study filmediting at the Filmakademie Wien. While I'm still doing that, I also work part-time at a commercial company which means I'm usually out all day. When I come home I love to spend time with my roommates and cats, usually cooking together and then watching a movie. Of course sometimes everyone needs their own space and quiet and that is also respected. Currently I'm not doing any kind of sports but I'm planning to go swim regularly again soon. Apart from that I enjoy a good movie or book, like to play PC/Playstation games alone or with friends, going for walks or try new vegan restaurants (or revisit old ones =D).
Andrea is 25, originally from Rome and came to Vienna about a year ago to work at an Animation Studio. He's also working full time but unlike me, he's full of energy. He loves to meet new people and knows more about the city than I do, even tho I lived here longer. He's almost up to everything, anytime and if you happen to recommend him a cool kind of sports that he can try, he might reward you with some of his cookings.
Loki and Hades are brothers, 5 years old and came with me from Germany. They've been living in multiple flatshares now and are pretty chill (Hades is still a scaredy cat sometimes but at least they don't attack people, they just run away^^). While Loki is the curious but also cautious one, his brother mostly acts like a dog, asking for cuddles and bringing his toys.

Since Andrea doesn't speak german and I don't speak italian, our language at home is english so nobody feels excluded. It's important that our new roommate feels comfortable with this decision. We're looking for someone who would like to live with us, not next to us. Someone who likes to join us for dinner or a movie or a night out. Someone to chit-chat or even get philosophical with. Someone who doesn't mind to live with cats (there's no further obligations attached to this, it should just be ok for you that they use the common areas). Someone who's tidying up after themselves and who doesn't mind a cleaning sunday, where we take an hour to clean the apartment all together. If that someone happens to be a smoker, it should be ok for them to smoke outside in our cute backyard (remember, we're living on the 3rd floor but we have an elevator!)
We do not want to live with anyone homophobic, racist or sexist.
