WG-Zimmer im 15. Ist mal vorübergehend zur Zwischenmiete frei - Wenns passt, gerne auch länger!
Möbliertes Zimmer in einer 2er-WG (deine MItbewohnerin wäre Eva, 30, berufstätig) vom 1. Sept zu vermieten. Dann können wir entscheiden, ob du Vl Längerfristig bleibst.
Es ist ein neu sanierter Altbau, mit großer Terrasse (!!!), Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, da sie an zwei Innenhöfe grenzt. Sie ist insgesamt etwa 70m2 groß, besteht aus zwei gleich großen Zimmern (21m2, eines davon wird dann deines), einem kleinen Kabinett, einer Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und Klo.
Dein Zimmer ist groß (21m2) und gemütlich, die Möbel darin bleiben enthalten und stehen zu deiner Benutzung frei. Dafür wird eine MM Kaution verlangt, die du wieder zurückbekommst, wenn alles in Ordnung hinterlassen wurde. Solltest du länger blebien, können wir uns bzgl. einer Ablöse absprechen!

You would share the room with another girl (Eva, 30, full-time-working) Many public transportation possibilities (2 subway lines, tram stations), washing machine, dishwasher, big terrace, silent, spacious room – fully furnished. Enjoy the terrace in late summer and grow you own flowers... Room is fully furnished, therefore i would like to have deposit money of 1 rent. If we all get along there is the posibility of extending the stay. We are looking for a likeable and uncomplicated room mate!
Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral hinter der Stadthalle im 15. Bezirk. Aufgrund der Gürtelnähe hat man viele Öffi-Anbindungen (9,49, 48A, U6, U3), man ist schnell im Zentrum und vor allem in Fußnähe zum Westbahnhof.
Zur Hauptuniversität ca. 20 Minuten öffentlich, mit dem Rad ca. 15 Minuten.
Ich würde mich über eine sympathische/n und unkomplizierte/n MitbewohnerIn freuen.
