Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr ruhig trotz der guten Lage :)
Es ist völlig möbilliert, also braucht man eigentlich nur noch einziehen. Vorerst befristet auf 6 Monate, da ich für die Zeit im Ausland sein werde, der Plan ist aber dort zu bleiben also es bestehen gute Chancen dass man drin bleiben kann.
The room is fullz furnished, so zou all zou need to do is move in ;) I am renting it for 6 months because I am travelling outside of Austria but the plan is to settle there so there are very good chances of you just being able to stay ;)
Die Wohnung befindet im 15ten Bezirk, sehr nah am Schönbrunn und nur 5 Gehminuten zur Johnstraße Haltestelle. Der Bezirk ist echt wunderbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe , beim Meiselmarkt kann man alles finden was man sich wünscht! In die Innenstadt sind es auch nur 10 Minuten mit der U- Bahn und zum Westbahnhof nur 2.
The appartement is perfectly situated. Very close to the Schönbrunn palace and only 10 min away from downtown with the underground. 5 min away by foot is the underground station and also a great marketplace where you can find really anything, from clothes to exotic foods and supermarkets.
Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich sind beide sehr aktiv und viel unetrwegs. Wünschen würden wir uns eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin, allerdings sind wir da offen.Sauberkeit sollte ebenfalls ein Begriff sein ;)
We would prefer a lady but we are also open to everyone else :)
