das zimmer ist aktuell leer, man hat also viel freiraum für ｋｒｅａｔｉｖｅｎ ａｕｓｄｒｕｃｋin der wahl der inneneinrichtung.

direkt an der u gumpendorferstraße, zwei minuten zur u6, fünf minuten zur u4 (margaretengürtel). busse fahren hier bestimmt auch. was man zum einkaufen braucht, ist in unter zehn minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, und auch diverse spelunken und fastfoodabsteigen gibt es in der nähe. falls das leben im 15. doch einmal zu real werden sollte, ist man auch binnen fünf minuten im sechsten.

ein großer vorteil dieser wohnung ist, dass man aus den fenstern nicht etwa auf moderne europäische gebrauchsarchitektur blickt, sondern direkt auf das unesco-weltkulturerbe wachau. beeindruckend!
in der wohnung gibt es ein drittes zimmer, dies ist eine art ess/film/schreib/arbeits/partyraum.

you'd be surprised to learn that upon looking out of the window, you won't have to see bleak turn of the century functional architecture, but instead, your weary eyes will be able to feast on the unparalleled beauty of the unesco world heritage site wachau valley. impressive! there's a third room in the flat which I plan on using as a guestroom/movie room/dining room/party room/working room or some such.
