Dein neues Zimmer ist 15qm groß und hat ein Fenster mit Blick auf den Hof. Vom vorherigen Bewohner kannst du ein Bett + Matratze und drei Stühle übernehmen.
Es gibt einen Fahradkeller. Auch den Hof kann man mitbenutzen - im Sommer ist das ein großer Vorteil.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4ten Stock und ist mit dem Aufzug erreichbar.
Your new room will have 15 square meters and a window facing the courtyard. You can take over a bed + mattress and three chairs from the previous tenant.
There is a cellar where bikes and other things can be stored. Also you will have a key to the courtyard.
Our flat is on the 4th floor, but it can easily be reached by using the elevator.
Unsere Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße im 15ten Bezirk. In 4 Minuten erreicht man die U3 Johnstrasse. Der Westbahnhof ist zu Fuß in 15 min erreichbar, das Schloss Schönbrunn in 20.
Es gibt in der Nähe (5 min zu Fuß) ein Einkaufszentrum mit allen Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs.
Our flat is located in a quiet street in the beautiful 15th district. In 4 minutes you can reach the station Johnstrasse U3, from where you can take the U-Bahn to the center. Also the Westbahnhof is in walking distance. And you can reach Schloss Schönbrunn by foot in about 20 minutes!
There is a shopping center nearby, where you can get everything you need in your everyday life.
Unsere Wg ist sehr offen und gesellig.
Deine Neuen Mitbewohner sind:
Yotam, 22, Videoeditor aus Ungarn: sehr unterhaltsam und kocht gerne gesundes Essen.
Zehra, 20, aus Niederösterreich: studiert Ernährungswissenschaft und arbeitet als Trainerin. Obwohl Zehra sehr sportlich ist kocht sie weniger gesund als Yotam und schreckt nicht vor viel Salz oder Zucker zurück.
Yotam lernt gerade Deutsch, daher sprechen wir im Haushalt oft Englisch.
Es ist uns sehr wichtig dass wir uns gut vertragen und über alles reden können. In unserer Zeit miteinander sind wir gute Freunde geworden und würden dich gerne als Teil dieser Gruppe aufnehmen :).

Yotam, 22, video editor from Hungary.
He is incredibly entertaining and likes to cook healthy food.
Zehra, 20, from Lower Austria, studies nutrition science and works as a trainer.
Although Zehra does a lot of sports, she does not cook as healthily. She does not despise salt and sugar like Yotam.
Yotam is still learning German therefore we mostly communicate in English in the house.
It is important for us that we get along very well and talk to each other about everything. During our time living together we've become good friends and we'd like you to be part of this group.
