Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und hell, und hat typischen Altbau-Flair (nur der Fischgrätenboden fehlt) :) Du hättest die Möglichkeit in ein leeres Zimmer einzuziehen, die abgebildeten Möbel kommen eigentlich alle raus, und der Rest der Wohnung ist eigentlich einzugsbereit ausgestattet.
Gesamtmiete kalt ist aktuell (nach der kürzlichen Erhöhung) bei 781,50 Euro - mit Nebenkosten kommen wir pro Person auf ca. 460 (inkl. Strom, Gas, Versicherung, Wlan). Da wir gerade Verträge ändern mussten, wird sich der Betrag nochmal um 20 Euro erhöhen (auf ca. 480 Euro). Für eine 2er WG und Zimmer der Größe aber dennoch recht in Ordnung für Wien :)

The room is very large and bright, and has typical old building flair :) You would have the opportunity to move into an unfurnished room, and the rest of the apartment is equipped ready to move in.
Total rent cold is currently (after the recent increase) at 781.50 euros - with utilities we are around 460 Euros per person right now (including electricity, gas, insurance, Wlan). Since we had to change contracts, we expect to be at exactly 480 Euros from next month on.
Die Wohnung ist laut Adresse eig. in Penzing, liegt aber direkt an der Grenze zu Hietzing in der Hadikgasse. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist die U4 Station Hietzing, in ca. 10min die U4 Station Schönbrunn zu erreichen. In 5 Minuten ebenso die Straßenbahnlinie (z.B. 60 Richtung Westbahnhof) und Busverbindungen.

The apartment is according to the address eig. in Penzing, but is located directly on the border to Hietzing in Hadikgasse. In 5 minutes walk is the U4 station Hietzing, in about 10min you're able to the U4 station Schönbrunn. In 5 minutes also the tram line (e.g. 60 direction Westbahnhof) and several bus connections.

Die Anzeige wird von Mira geschrieben - mein Zimmer wird frei. Meine Mitbewohnerin (und vielleicht deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin) ist Marie, eine super liebe Wienerin, die gerade mit ihrem Physio Studium fertig geworden ist und ab Herbst ins Arbeitsleben eintaucht.
Uns ist einerseits, dass die Wohnung sauber gehalten wird, andererseits auch, das wir uns gut verstehen, abends plaudern, und ab und zu gemeinsam was unternehmen können.

It's important to us that the apartment is kept clean, but also that we get along well, chat in the evenings, and do things together from time to time.
Besichtigungen wären in der Woche ab dem 10. Juli sehr gut möglich, ganztags klappt. Aber melde dich gerne mit Vorschlägen.
