Ich verlasse Wien Ende Januar 2018 und muss daher einen Nachmieter für mein gut ausgestattetes Zimmer in unserer 3er-WG finden. Das Möbiliar würde ich für eine Abschlagssumme von 150 € an dich übergeben (inklusive 2.1 Lautsprecher und PC-Monitor). Das Haus befindet sich ganz nah am wunderhübschen Schlosspark Schönbrunn (U4-Station Schönbrunn). Dein zukünftiges Zimmer befindet sich zusammen mit der Küche und der großen Terrasse in der oberen Etage der Dachgeschoss-Maisonette-Wohnung. Die Terrasse bietet einen prächtigen und unbebauten Ausblick ins Stadtzentrum, man sieht die Sonne aufgehen und kann sich im Sommer super sonnen. Die Terrasse gehört aber nicht nur uns, sondern wir teilen sie mit unserer Nachbar-WG. Mit ihnen machen wir hin und wieder gemeinsam BBQ und gehen auch mal zusammen fort. In der unteren Etage der Maisonette-Wohnung befinden sich das Bad, die separate Toilette und die Zimmer deiner beiden zukünftigen Mitbewohner Lukas und Daniel. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und schätzen ein gesellschaftliches Miteinander. Wenn du Interesse oder weitere Fragen hast, melde dich! Wir freuen uns dich kennen zu lernen :-)

I am looking for a tenant for my room starting at the end of January 2018. Your future room is completely furnished and I would like to hand over all furniture to you for 150 € (including 2.1 speaker system and computer screen). The room is situated on the upper floor of the maisonette attic apartment together with the kitchen and the big terrace. From there you have an amazing view over the city centre and you can see the sun rise and take a sunbath in summer. We share the terrace with our neighbours with whom we get along very well. Sometimes we have a BBQ (or a normal dinner) or go to a party together with them. In the lower floor of the apartment you can find the bathroom, the separate toilet and the two rooms of my flatmates Lukas and Daniel.
Die Wohnung liegt im 12.Bezirk Meidling, ganz nahe des Schlosspark Schönbrunn. Es ist also das schickere Meidling, das Hietzing in Nichts nachsteht :-) Der Schlosspark ist bestens geeignet zum Joggen und Frischluftgenießen (es riecht oft wie in einem Wald). Die U-Bahn-Stationen Schönbrunn (U4) ist in 5 min und Niederhofstraße (U6) in 10 min zu erreichen. Die Buslinie 9A ist direkt vor der Tür und die Buslinie 10A 4 min entfernt. Zum Einkaufen: Hofer, Lidl und Spar sind in direkter Umgebung.

The flat is situtated in the 12th district called Meidling, next to the wonderful park Schönbrunn (where Sissi used to live). The park is perfect for jogging and getting some fresh air (it smells like in a forest) :-) The metro stations Schönbrunn (U4) and Niederhofstr. (U6) are 5-10 minutes away. The busline 9A is directly in front of our house and the 10A less than 5 min away. There are several grocery shops nearby.
Meine beiden sehr hilfsbereiten und unkomplizierten Mitbewohner heißen Lukas und Daniel. Lukas ist Österreicher und macht gerade ein Traineeship, Daniel ist Deutscher und studiert Architektur an der TU Wien. Wir essen regelmäßig gemeinsam Abendbrot und gehen hin und wieder zusammen fort (Lukas fast jedes Wochenende)^^. Aber weder wir noch unsere Terrassennachbar-WG machen ständig Party. Wir sind alle sehr ordentlich und putzen wöchentlich :-)

My two really friendly and uncomplicated flatmates are Lukas and Daniel. Lukas ist Austrian and just began working as a trainee. Daniel is German and studies architecture. Both are very open-minded for all kind of funny activities. We have dinner together regularly and go out together on weekends. On the other hand we all appreciate some calm for ourselves. We all like the flat tidy and clean on a weekly basis :)
Schreib mir, wenn du dich für mein Zimmer interessiert! Es wäre toll, wenn du dich kurz mit ein paar Zeilen vorstellen könntest, damit wir uns ein Bild von dir machen können. Gern kannst du dir die Wohnung vorab anschauen. Die monatlichen Kosten setzen sich wie folgt zusammen: 429€ für die Miete, 27 € Nebenkosten (Heizung und Strom) und 10 € fürs Internet. Die Kaution und die Abschlagszahlung (fürs Möbiliar) zusammen betragen 1.350 €.

Call me or send me a mail if you are interested in my room! You can visit the flat in advance if you want! It would be great if you could present yourself in some sentences, so we slightly get to know you. The monthly costs are composited out of 429 € rent, 27 € for heating and electricity and 10 € for internet. The security deposit and the instalment payment together are 1.350 €.
