We‘re offering one of our rooms (12qm, partially furnished) preferably to Erasmus students. We love having people around us from all over Europe. So, subletting one of our rooms every once in a while is the easiest way to offer housing and have a fresh whiff of Europe in our life.
Our apartment was fully refurbished in 2018 which means it’s pretty fancy. We’re happy to send you pictures upon request. Two people will be sharing the apartment with you. One is currently doing his masters and the other one is working a classic 9-5 job. We find ourselves only minutes away from the U3 which takes us anywhere in no time. (stephansplatz within 8 minutes) Both of us love cooking and as we have a pretty busy lifestyle we will be spending quite some time in the kitchen when we’re actually at home. Apart from that we like things to be kinda clean (not sterile) and it would be great if you were able to let us know what is important to you when sharing an apartment with others.
