Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen kleinen Balkon und zeigt in den Innenhof. Meine ausziehende alte Mitbewohnerin würde gerne den Schrank hier lassen. Aktuell befinden sich auch noch eine Kommode und ein Schreibtisch im Zimmer. Du müsstest dein eigenes Bett mitbringen.
The room has its own little balcony attached and it is facing into the courtyard. My soon-to-be-former flatmate is currently moving in with her girlfriend so she would like to leave the wardrobe, the desk & chest of drawers in the room. You would have to bring your own bed.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im Sonnwendviertel und ist sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof. Andere Öffis sind auch sehr schnell zu erreichen:
D-Wagen (Straßenbahn), ca 3 min zu Fuß
U1 Keplerplatz ca. 5-7 min zu Fuß
U1 Südtiroler Platz Hauptbahnhof ca. 8-10 min zu Fuß
Züge am Hbf - je nach Gleis 3-8 min zu Fuß
Der nächstgelegene Supermarkt ist ein Billa, der ca 200m entfernt ist und auch der Hauptbahnhof mit Mall und die Favoritenstraße sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
The apartment is located in the Sonnwendviertel and is quite close to the Hauptbahnhof. The closest public transport is:
tram line D (aka D-Wagen) - 3 mins walking
U1 Keplerplatz, 5-7 mins walking
U1 Südtiroler Platz 8-10 mins walking
trains leaving from the Hauptbahnhof - depending on the platform, 3-8 mins walking
The closest supermarket is a Billa, which is about 200m from the flat. However, the Hauptbahnhof has a mall inside and the Favoritenstraße is also only 2 streets over.
Ich Marlu, 33 wohne derzeit allein in der Wohnung da meine alte Mitbewohnerin gerade dabei ist, mit ihrer Freundin zusammenzuziehen. Ich arbeite in der IT und habe daher die Möglichkeit 100% Home Office zu machen. Das heißt, ich bin auch tagsüber die meiste Zeit in der Wohnung.
Ich versuche, mindestens 3x unter der Woche abends zu kochen. Ich rauche selber nicht (aber es würde mich am Balkon nicht stören) und schau gern abends am Beamer Filme/Serien oder zocke auch ganz gerne Indie Games. Ich singe in einem Chor, aber übe eigentlich kaum zuhause. Sonst gehe ich gerne auf oder veranstalte Larp-Events (Live Action Role Playing) :D

In the evenings I like to unwind and watch a movie or show with my beamer, I also like playing indie video games. I also sing in a choir but I mostly practice away from home. Other than that, I like going to as well as organizing Larp Events (Live Action Role Playing) :D
