A beautiful, bright and airy Viennese 2 bed apartment (82sqm) near Landstraße / Stadtpark. Modern & Antique decor and furnishing.
The Apartment!
Both bedrooms in the apartment are identical sized (21.55sqm), 3.5m high ceilings, with large bay windows onto the street, they have large interior (you can sit!) and exterior sill for those wanting to have plants!
The room itself comes with a double bed, a large sofa, a classical lamp, an antique bookshelf and a closet. The desk you see in the picture was bought by the last roommate and is up for sale (the price can be discussed by those interested)
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and all necessary utensils! The kitchen itself is small, but adjoined to a dining room with a table (capable of seating 6), which represents the main meeting point of the flat.
The bathroom has an enclosed shower and a washing machine. Access to the separate toilet is in the anteroom/corridor.
Office/Empty room
A smaller room, currently referred to as the office, was used during the last semester because of the distance learning situation. This is of course pending the situation next semester, it could be a space for something new!
Underground Storage room
The apartment has its own storage space in the basement, 2sqm and 2m high. This would be available to use.
Bike Storage Space
There is a dedicated courtyard for those who have a bicycle, it is secured with a bike rack.
Location
The apartment is located on Strohgasse in the 3rd district. Rennweg (S-Bahn / Bim / regional trains) are about a 2-minute walk away and the subway station Stadtpark is about 8 minutes. There are bus and tram links within a 2-minute walk, the apartment is well connected.
Furthermore, Stadtpark and Die Angewandte university are within 10 minutes of walking.
Billa and DM can be reached within 1 minute. A Penny, Hofer, Lidl and several Spar shops are easily reached in 10 minutes or by bike in 5 minutes. Landstraße offers shops and many different fast food and takeaway restaurants (also open on Sundays :)).
WG-Leben / Flat share Life
WG life is very pleasant and easy-going. The apartment will just be you and I. I am an architecture (Master) student of Die Angewandte. Ideally, you will be clean and respectful of the apartment. Of course, the room has a door and your privacy is respected. I usually work a lot in Uni, while for special occasions like last semester I was working online at our home office.
Price & availability
The cost of the room includes all bills and insurance, this is €550.00. The room is available from the beginning of October, I am looking for someone considering a minimum of 12 months. Deposit (Kaution) €1485.00
