I am originally from Argentina but I grew up in Australia. I speak Spanish, English and a little German. I work in renewable energy during the week and on my own project on the weekends away from Vienna. I play Australian football and im learning the guitar.
One thing that I am adamant about, is that I need 2 full months notice before ending this agreement. That is usually the time it takes to find a new roommate so its only fair that that is the notice given.
