Das Zimmer ist ruhig gelegen am Ende von Marthas Zimmer, die aber während deiner Zeit nicht in der Wohnung weilen wird, sodass du völlig deine Ruhe haben wirst. Bett und Schreibtisch und Schrank verbleiben, sodass du keine Möbel kaufen werrden musst.
Der Boden bestehut aus schönem Fischgrätenparkett, welches zusammen mit den hohen Fesnstern und Wänden eine warme und helle Atmosphäre ausstrahlt.
Es ist sehr ruhig, gut zum arbeiten und schlafen, jedoch ist musizieren erlaubt (wir hatten selber einmal eoine Pianistein samt Flügel).

The room is quietly located at the end of Martha's room, which will not be in the apartment during your time, so you will have complete peace. Bed and desk and cupboard remain, so you won't have to buy furniture.
The floor consists of beautiful herringbone parquet flooring, which together with the high fixed stars and walls radiates a warm and bright atmosphere.
It is very quiet, good to work and sleep, but making music is allowed (we once had a pianist and grand piano ourselves).
Gelegen in der Mitte des trendigen 5. Bezirks bist du mt U4 und 13A an den Hauptadern des öffentlichen Verkehrsnetzes. In Gehweite befinden sich Naschmarkt, das legendäre Schlossquadrat, Karlsplatz und Schloss Belvedere. Der Naschmarktflohmarkt jeden Samstag, regionale Bauernläden, hippe Antiquariate, Theater, Opernhäuser und Bars befinden sich fast vor der Haustüre und ein Kino (DAS Kino) liegt direkt gegenüber der Eingangstür.
Supermärkte (Spar, Hofer, Denns, Billa, DM, Bipa) sind in 1-2 Minuten Gehweite und Restaurants gibt es mehr als du je ausprobieren könen wirst.
Ansonsten ist der 5. Bezirk einer der schönsten Wiens und der direkt anschließende 4. und 6. Bezirk ein Hochgenuss für Urbane Explorer.

Within walking distance are Naschmarkt, the legendary castle square, Karlsplatz and Belvedere Palace. The Naschmarkt flea market every Saturday, regional farmers' shops, hip antiquarian bookshops, theatres, opera houses and bars are almost on the doorstep and a cinema (THE cinema) is directly opposite the entrance door.
Supermarkets (Spar, Hofer, Denns, Billa, DM, Bipa) are within 1-2 minutes walking distance and restaurants are more than you will ever be able to try.
Otherwise the 5th district is one of the most beautiful in Vienna and the 4th and 6th districts immediately afterwards are a treat for Urban Explorers.
