Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage, nur 2 Gehminuten von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt, mit der Alser Straße U-Bahnstation in der Nähe.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und verfügt über eine gemütliche Couch. Es ist für den gesamten April 2024 verfügbar.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 70 Quadratmeter, besteht aus zwei großen Zimmern, einer Küche, einem separaten WC, einem großen Bad mit Badewanne und einem Vorzimmer/Esszimmer.

I am looking for an interim tenant for my fully furnished room with 20 square meters for interim rent in our cozy 2-person shared flat on the edge of the 18th district in Vienna. The apartment is in a prime location, just a 2-minute walk from public transportation, with the Alser Straße subway station nearby.
The room is fully furnished and has a cozy couch. It is available for the whole of April 2024.
The apartment has a total of 70 square meters, consists of two large rooms, a kitchen, a separate toilet, a large bathroom with bathtub and an anteroom/dining room.
Für monatlich 500€ ist alles inklusive. Die Wohnung bietet nicht nur eine optimale Verkehrsanbindung, sondern auch eine gute Lage in der Nähe von Supermärkten (nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß) und der Universität Wien, die in 10-15 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ist Anna (29) , die Yoga und Kinder unterrichtet und auch im Theaterbereich tätig ist. Obwohl sie viel beschäftigt ist, freut sie sich darauf, gelegentlich gemeinsam zu kochen und abends zu plaudern. Die Nachbarn sind super freundlich und unkompliziert.
Your future roommate is Anna (29) , who teaches yoga and children and also works in theater. Although she is very busy, she looks forward to cooking together occasionally and chatting in the evenings. The neighbors are super friendly and easy-going.
