A small but airy and bright room in our lovely flat will be free from March on. You have 9 sq metres and a large, built-in additional closet with a lot of storage space in the basement as well. The flat is located in a green, quiet neighbourhood with a lot of trees, squirrels and sunlight. We have a balcony (perfect for breakfast in the sun) and 2 bathrooms, so you will share one with two other flatmates.
The flat is located in Ursulinenhof, between Gentzgasse and Michaelerstrasse, in immediate proximity to Kutschkermarkt and U6 Währingerstraße/Volksoper. Tram lines 40 and 41 take you to Schottentor in 10 minutes. There's 2 Spar branches nearby, a DM on Währingerstraße, as well as Bipa, Billa, Penny and Hofer in the neighbourhood. Währingerstraße is 5 minutes away, so there are plenty of shops to choose from.
We are a close, tight knit group and are looking for someone who would fit into our community and enjoy doing things together every now and then. We all work full time but enjoy cooking together, watching Netflix, playing board games, listening to nice music or just being slobs on the couch together. Our living room is large and ideal for hanging out. Of course, you can always retreat into your room and enjoy your privacy whenever you feel like it.
You will be living together with Edith (Niederoesterreicherin, works in media planning, loves motorbikes, watching Friends and makes delicious spätzle), Henning (German, likes to share food, good taste in hip hop, will ironically try to sell you protein-rich sport products) and Martijn (Belgian, amateur astronomer and IT guy, vegetarian, likes lindy hop and cooking, is learning German). Another flatmate is on their way (we are casting for another room now).
