Hey,
I going to travel to Colombia for about 5 months from June and I am looking for someone who is going to stay in Vienna during this period.
The room is very large (27m2), comfortable and fully furnished. You have a large bed, a large wardrobe and a nice workstation. There are a lot of plants in the room, so perfect for green lovers. If you play the piano, you have an almost new Yamaha E piano at your disposal.
The apartment is very large (105 m2) and has a large living room and a well equipped kitchen, dishwasher available ;). We also have a Netflix and Amazon Prime station you can use. There is a large roof terrace with plants and seating that all residents of the house can use. Perfect for enjoying a Spritzer or to organize a barbecue with friends in the evening. Currently, a loft conversion is taking place on the house and the front is being renovated. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy, but if you are working during the day you won’t notice it. According to the property management, the work is expected to last until the end of June.
The apartment is located almost in the middle of the 18th district, directly at Aumannplatz. Public transports are the tramways: 40 and 41 (1 min walk), 42 (4 min walk) and the S-Bahn station Gersthof (7min walk) and the U6 station Währinger Straße (12 min). Shops, restaurants, bakery, bars, cafes - all in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. There is also a citybike station right in front of the house, where you can borrow a bike for free for 1 hour. There is a small park just next to the apartment, the Sternwartepark is 5 minutes, the Türkenschanzpark 8 minutes away.
You would live together with Max (25) and Markus (25). They are both very open minded, funny and really nice. Markus is studying dentistry and Max wants to study public management. We care about a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and the living room and the terrace are usually meeting places for cosy evenings. But of course we show respect if you want to enjoy some peace and quiet.
