Private, cozy room situated in a historical building close to the central districts of Vienna.
We are a young couple, Liisa and Matthias, who have a spare room which we wish to rent. Our apartment measures 80 m² and with its beautiful high ceilings and impressive doors and windows it airs a special historical charm.The 10 m² room is fully furnitured, equipped with a queen-size bed (140 cm), a table and something to hang your clothes; we also have bed-linen and towels. The bathroom, kitchen and living room you are welcome to share with us. Wi-Fi is available throughout the flat. We request guests not to smoke in the apartment, as well as not to bring pets.
The apartment is situated in the 18th district (Währing), not far from the city center. The flat is located in close proximity to some of Vienna’s most beautiful green recreation areas such as Türkenschanzpark (University BOKU) and Wienerwald with its pittoresque wineyards where you can enjoy typical traditional food and wine.
The U6 metro station is 3 stops by tram or within 10 min walking distance, and provides a direct connection to both main railway stations (Hauptbahnhof and Westbahnhof) as well as to several popular places in Vienna. The city center can be reached by walking, by Citybike or by the tramway 40 or 41.
As we will be out of town most of the time during the summer months, you will have the flat almost for yourself. We will be around from time to time for a chat or dinner together, if you want, but as we are quite busy this will rather be on an occassional basis. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
