Mit Blick in den gemeinschaftlich genutzten Garten bietet das Zimmer viel Erholung. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, mit viel Sonne am Nachmittag. Zudem gibt es noch ein großes, sehr gemütliches Wohnzimmer, das von allen genutzt wird.
I am renting a quiet and beautiful room in summer. The view is directly into the garden, which you can use whenever you want. The Wienerwald is really close by if you like long walks in the wood. The room is very quiet and sunny in the afternoon. For more space, there is also a big living room which is used by your roommates as well.
Die Wohnung liegt am Fuße des Schafbergs und ist umringt von viel Grün und schönen alten Villen. Der Wienerwald ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
Zur Anbindung: in 10 min können verschiedene Öffis erreicht werden, die alle in die Innenstadt fahren. Der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich auch 10 Gehminuten entfernt und bietet von DM, Spar, Billa, Hofer, Gewusst wie für jeden Geschmack das Richtige.
The flat is located close to the Schafberg, in a very quiet and green district. It is close to many train and bus stations, with which you can reach the center within 20 min. Also different supermarkets are close to flat: DM, Spar, Billa, Hofer, Gewusst wie etc.
You will be living with May and Susi. Two really friendly and nice young ladies. Both of them are working, that's we like a responsible way of living together. Both of them are really communicative and will help you with you questions.
This is only a temporary rent from the middle of juli until the middel of August.
