Two rooms in shared apartment available for summer months to two students- perfect for two friends, but it's also possible to rent each room separately.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has two bedrooms, a kitchen (with everything you need already there), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Each bedroom is about 18 m2, furnished with all the necessities and both have large windows.
Please note: We (current tenants) don't speak German, but there is some text in German from a previous advertisement. We will do our best to answer in German if that's what you prefer :)
The apartment is situated in the Cottageviertel, a very quiet and green area with a few beautiful parks nearby.
It is very close to BOKU University.
- 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Cottagegasse (40A and 37A)
- 10 minutes to the tram stations Martinstraße and Aumannplatz (40 and 41).
- You can reach the U6 (Währinger Straße-Volksoper or Nußdorferstraße) by bus or in a 15 minutes walk.
There is a Spar nearby and also many other shops on the Währinger Straße (Bipa, DM, Billa…)

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 18. Bezirk im schönen Cottageviertel. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und grün mit einigen Parks in der Nähe.
Bis zur BOKU ist es nur ein Katzensprung.
Der 40A und 37A sind in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar (Cottagegasse). In ca. 10 min erreicht man die Straßenbahnen 40 und 41 bei den Stationen Aumannplatz oder Martinstraße. Die U6 (Währinger Straße-Volksoper oder Nußdorferstraße) ist mit dem Bus schnell erreichbar oder in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen Spar. Sonst gibt es auf der Währinger Straße alle weitern brauchbaren Geschäfte (Bipa, Dm, Billa, usw.).
