Das 22m2 große, sehr helle Zimmer befindet sich im 1. Stock unserer hübschen Wohnung. Gesamt hat die Wohnung etwa 190m2 hat, ist zweistöckig und verfügt über eine riesige Wohnküche (dort gibts sogar Fußbodenheizung). Es gibt auch einen Holzofen, im Garten gibts ein Baumhaus und viele Obstbäume und im Keller auch eine Sauna!

The apartment has a total of 190m2, a huge, shared livingroom (with underfloor heating), direct access to the garden (so many fruit trees!), a tree house, two bathrooms (one with glazed garden front), woodburning stove, three toilets, beautiful wooden floor ... and in the basement there is also a sauna!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 18. Bezirk, in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße. Geschäfte etc. befinden sich in 5 min geh Entfernung. Öffi Anbindung: Straßenbahn 41, 41 ist man in etwas mehr als einer Viertelstunde in der Innenstadt. Der 9er verbindet das Grätzel mit dem Westbahnhof und der 10A durchquert die Bezirke 12 bis 19. Die S45 ist auch in 5 min geh Entfernung erreichbar.
The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the suburban train and tram station Gersthof, in a total of 20 minutes you can reach the university and in 30 minutes the center.
Es leben 5 sehr liebe MitbewohnerInnen in der WG, alle zwischen 25 und 31 Jahre alt (Sozialpädagogin, Medizinphysiker, Physiotherapeutin & Clownin, Geografiestudentin). Was alle mögen: Natur, Lagerfeuer, Yoga, Zirkus, Sport, Rad fahren, Wein trinken, Outdoorraves usw.
There are 5 (4 female, 1 male) very dear flatmates, all between 25 and 31 years old (a geography student, a meteorologist, a physiotherapist & clown, a medical physicist and a social pedagogue)
Everyone likes to cook and they love to drink wine and coffee together, to chat, nature, yoga, sport, circus, outdoorraves etc.
