Hello People,
I am renting a room in my apartment for short/long term from March 1st. The apartment is in Seisgasse and all amenities are very close. The apartment is fully equipped and have two rooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and separate toilet.
Public Transportation - HbF (7 min walk, 5 if you walk fast ;)), U1 (5mins away), tram 1, 67 (3 mins walk), bus 13a (downstairs)
Billa - (downstairs)
Spar, Hofer, BIPA - (5 mins walk)
Close to lots of restaurants, pubs and bars in 4,5 districts
I am working full time in tech and quite easy going. Regarding WG life, it would be great to share a beer, wine or cooking together time to time.
Cleanliness is also expected and there will be a cleaning lady coming once a week which is included in the price.
