In unserer WG wird ein Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4.Bezirk (Wieden) und hat eine Gesamtgröße von 160 m^2. Sie bietet vier getrennt begehbare Zimmer, ein Großes Wohnzimmer mit TV und Esstisch, eine schöne Küche mit Spülmaschine, ein Tages-WC, sowie ein Badezimmer mit einer weiteren Toilette. Das Zimmer ist 23 ^m groß und mit Bett (140cm), Schreibtisch, Sessel, großem Kleiderschrank und einem Regal ausgestattet. Zusätzlich besitzt das Zimmer eine Matratze, die als Sofa verwendet wurde.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Naschmarkt, wovon wir vor allem für den Gemüseeinkauf sehr gerne Gebrauch machen. Außerdem befinden sich Billa, Hofer, BIPA und dm in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Lage ist im Generellen sehr vorteilhaft, da die Wohnung nur 10 Gehminuten von der Mariahilferstraße und der Kärntnerstraße entfernt liegt. Bis zu den U-bahnstationen Kettenbrückengasse (U4) und Karlsplatz (U1; U2; U4) sind es ca. 5 Gehminuten.
Zu den Mitbewohnern: Susanne (24) kommt aus Südtirol und studiert Wirtschaft, Martin (22) kommt aus Kärnten und studiert Lebensmittel-und Biotechnologie, und Dorothea (22) kommt aus Bayern und studiert Anthropologie und Kommunikation. Sie sind sehr lieb, ordentlich und sauber, und sehr gesellig. Die Atmosphäre in der WG ist also sehr angenehm. Zusammen kochen und essen, Filmeabende, oder einfach nur zusammen Quatschen gehören zum Alltag in der WG dazu. Von einer Zweck-WG kann daher keine Rede sein.

The apartment is located in the 4rd district of Vienna and is 160 m^2 big. The room itself is 23 m^2. It is fully furnished with a queen size bed (140 cm), a desk, a shelves, an extra mattress used as a couch, and a big closet. The apartment is located only 15 min walk from "Stephansplatz" and 10 min walk from "Mariahilferstraße". The "Naschmarkt" is next to the house. In 5 min walk you reach the subway Karlsplatz (U1,U2,U4) or Kettenbrückengasse (U4) and the apartment is surrounded by different supermarkets. In addition to the four bedrooms, the apartment is composed of a nice kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet, as well as a huge living room with a TV. I have 3 roomies: Susi, she is from Südtirol (Italy) and is 24 years old. She studies business and economics. Dorothea is 22 years old and from Bavaria. She studies communication and anthropology. Martin (22) is from Kärnten (Austria) and studies food chemistry. As you can see we are a quiet international community and have a really good relationship.
