Mein Zimmer in der WG wird vom 01.02.19 - 30.06.2019 zur Zwischenmiete frei sein.
Im Zimmer steht ein 1.80 x 2m großes Bett (Bettwäsche/Bettüberzüge stehen auch zur Verfügung für den Zwischenmieter/in), ein Schreibtisch , begehbarer Kleiderkasten.
Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucher-WG, jedoch kann ohne Weiteres am Balkon geraucht werden. Das Zimmer ist Innenhof seitig und somit sehr ruhig.
Falls Sie ein Parkplatz benötigen, es gibt im Wohnhaus eine Parkgarage, welche zusätzlich einen Stellplatz zur Verfügung steht, dies ist aber mit zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden und nicht im aktuellen Mietpreis inkludiert.

My room is going to be available from february until the end of June.
The room is fully furnished, with a 2x1,80m bed (incl. fitting bedclothes, blankets and pillows), a beautiful work desk, big wardrobe, a rack and balcony with desk and bench.
It is not allowed to smoke inside, but feel free to do whatever you want on the balcony. The room is in the inner courtyard and pretty calm and quiet. So no problem to sleep with open windows.
There is also a chance to park the car in the garage, but this will cost extra money.
Unzählige Top-Restaurants und Bar sind direkt nebenan, auch BIO-Supermärkte, Haushaltswaren und Drogeriegeschäfte.
Des Weiteren besteht eine super Verkehrsanbindung an nahezu alle U-Bahn/Bus/Tram Linien mit dem sehr nahe gelegenen Karlsplatz.

The location is absolutely superb and many many restaurants and bars are directly next to the apartment, as well are the supermarkets, pharmacy and stuff like that.
The "Karlsplatz" is pretty close to the apartment and there are all the needed public transports. The Technical University is in footwalk distance (<3 min). It's also perfect for cycling enthusiasts, because the main cycling lane is right in front of the door.
WG-Leben
Die Mitbewohner sind beide Studenten und ich bezeichne das WG-Leben als sehr ruhig und trotzdem unterhaltsam. Wir kommen aus Vorarlberg und Bayern.
