Darüberhinaus bietet das Zimmer Blick auf den WG genutzten Balkon. Das Zimmer grenzt an nur ein Mitbewohner Zimmer, wodurch es auch leise im Zimmer selbst ist.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer guten und ruhigen Lage zwischen der Technischen Universität Wien und dem Hauptbahnhof. Die U-Bahn U1 befindet sich 3 min zu Fuß entfernt (Südtiroler Platz/Hauptbahnhof), die einen in 4 min Fahrzeit zum Karlsplatz bringt. 10 weitere min Fahrzeit befindet man sich auch schon der Donau, an der man im Sommer sich gut abkühlen kann. Der Bus 13A befindet sich ebenso 3 min zu Fuß entfernt und bringt einen direkt zur Mariahilfer Straße (Shoppingstraße) oder auch weiter bis zur Florianigasse in den 8. Bezirk.

In der WG befinden sich normalerweise 4 nette Jungs. Max, 22, ist ein Sportbegeisterter Psychologiestudent, der auch gerne mal mit in die Bar auf ein,zwei Bier kommt. Nebenbei arbeitet er in einem Restaurant. Leo, 22, ist ein ruhiger, aufmerksamer und viel herumgekommener Psychologie und Publizistik Student, der Englisch/ Deutsch/ Spanisch/ und bißchen französisch beherrscht. Jakob, 24, ist ein Architektur Student, der sein Zimmer aber auch in diesem Zeitraum untervermieten wird. Ich, Victor, 23, bin ebenfalls ein Architektur Student der TU Wien. Das Verhältnis in der WG ist familiär und ungezwungen, wodurch man viele amüsante Abende gemeinsam verbringen kann aber auch ein eigenständiges Leben möglich ist.
