Das Zimmer hat ungefähr 12m2. Es gibt ein Bett mit einer Matraze, ein Tisch, ein Stuhl und genügend Regale. Wir haben noch ein zweites (kleineres) Zimmer frei ab 1. Oktober. Die Anzeige findest du hier:

It´s very close to the main station, so it takes 5 min to U1 and a Busstop of 13A is diretcly in front of the house. You have several shopping possibilties around the main station, even with a spar pronto, which is open untill 23 o´clock! Billa, Hofer are also very close by!
If you have a bike you can reach Karlsplatz in 5 min, the city center close by. In the backyard there is space to lock your bike
Die Wohnung liegt ca 6 min vom Haupthauptbahnhof entfernt und die Ubahnstation U1 in ca. 5min, eine Bushaltestelle findest du direkt vor der Haustür 13A 1min
Wir haben hier zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, besonders im Hauptbahnhof! Es gibt dort auch einen SparPronto, der bis 23 Uhr geöffnet hat.
Mit dem Fahrrad kannst du den Berg runterrollen und erreichst den Karlsplatz in 5 min.
Eine Parkmöglichkeit für dein Fahrrad haben wir im Hof.
We're an international group representing Austria, South Tirol and Czech and we're looking for a like minded individual to share a comfy apartment (with a nice terracce!!!) in the heart of Vienna.
Ideal flatmate would be considerate, tidy, but most of all nice and fun.
We like to cook together or have some dinks from time to time, organise BBQ parties, and we have nice relationships with the other WG across our hall. But the flat is not a "party everyday" place either, everyone here can have his/her quiet and personal space and moments.
