Weil beide meine Mitbewohner ab 1 Januar ausziehen, suche ich 2 nette Menschen um die Wohnung zu teilen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral gelegen neben U1 Südtiroler Platz-Hauptbahnhof ist gut verbunden mit offene Verkehrsmittel und auch Supermärkte in der Nähe (Billa, Hoffer). Besteht auf 3 große Zimmer (alle etwa 25 m2) mit Blick zur Straße. Warmmiete für die ganze Wohnung ist 1550€.
Ich suche jemanden das auch manchmal was unternehmen wollen und man gut verstehen kann. Ich bin 27 Jahre alt, arbeite als Chemikerin. In meine freie Zeit ich mache gerneSport, reise gern und trinke was mit Freunden.
Es ist wichtig das die neue Person berufstätig ist, um die Miete zu übernehmen entweder als Hauptmieter oder in der Bürgschaft.
