Da ich ab Januar im Auslandssemester sein werden, vermiete ich mein vollmöbeliertes Zimmer im Herzen des 4. Bezirks von Januar bis Ende Juni (eventuell auch bis September möglich!).
Die neurenovierte Altbauwohnung verfügt über eine gemütliche Wohnküche mit Induktionsherd und Backrohr, eine Waschmaschine und ein separates WC. Im Hof gibt es einen Fahrradabstellplatz.
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet: Karlsplatz, TU, Hauptbahnhof und der Naschmarkt sind es jeweils in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 5 Minuten mit den Öffis zu erreichen. Ebenso die Mariahilferstraße und Kärnterstraße. Im Umkreis von 10 Minuten zu Fuß, befinden sich außerdem viele hippe Cafés und Restaurants.
Der 13A Bus befindet sich quasi direkt vor der Haustüre und ist in einer Gehminute zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahnlinien 1, 62 und die Badenbahn befinden sich 2 Gehminuten entfernt.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es auch einen Spar, Billa, DM, Post, Apotheke usw. Das Zimmer misst ungefähr 15qm2.
Deine Mitbewohnerin heißt Anna, ist 20 Jahre alt und studiert Raumplanung an der TU Wien. Sie ist, so wie ich auch sehr gesellig, ordentlich und wir kochen oft gemeinsam oder unternehmen etwas.
Die Miete würde sich ink. Strom, Heizung, Warmwasser, Möbelmiete und Wlan auf 450€ belaufen.

As I go abroad with Erasmus next semester I am renting my furnished room in the heart of the 4th district from January until the end of June (also possible until September). The flat is newly renovated and contains a washing machine, an induction stove, an oven and a separate toilet. You can also store your bicycle in the courtyard.
Within in 10-15 minutes walking you can reach the Karlsplatz, the main railway station and the Naschmarkt. By bus or tram it only takes you 5 minutes to get there. Also the Kärnterstreet and the Mariahilferstreet are reachable within 10 minutes by bus or tram. In front of the apartment there is the 13a bus and next to it you can find the tram stations 1, 62 and Baden Bahn. Many supermarkets, pharmacy and the postoffice are close to the flat as well.
The room has 15 squaremeters and you would share the flat with Anna, who is 20 years old and studies transportation and regional planning.
The rent is about 450€ including electricity, gas, warm water, wifi and rent for furniture.
