Hi Leute, da ich (Lukas, 23, Architekturstudent) nach Rom auf Erasmus gehe, ist mein kleines aber sehr feines Zimmer in einer 4er WG für das Sommersemester (+ev. Sommer) frei.
Das Zimmer ist ruhig, Innenhof ausgerichtet und voll möbliert, du brauchst nur deine persönliche Sachen, alles andere ist vorhanden. Dank des großzügigen Hochbetts fühlt es sich an wie 2 Räume in einem.
Die Wohnung hat 96m2 mit Vorraum, Küche, Bad (+Waschmaschine), WC und 3 weiteren Schlafzimmern wo deine internationalen Mitbewohnerinnen Marina (25, Kunst- und Architekturstudentin), Adela (21, Tanzstudentin) und Marina (33, arbeitet bei einem Pharmaunternehmen) wohnen.

Hi people, since I (Lukas, 23, architecture student) will go to Rome for Erasmus, my cozy room in a 4-person apartment is free for the summer semester. The room is quiet with window facing the inner courtyard and fully furnished, so you only need your personal stuff. Because of the generous loft bed, it feels like 2 rooms in one.
The apartment has 96m2 with entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom (+ washing machine), toilet and 3 other bedrooms where your international roommates live: Marina (25, art and architecture student), Adela (21, dance student) and Marina (33, working at a pharmaceutical company).
Der Alois-Draschke-Park ist gleich ums Eck und die Wohnung ist mit Nah-und Fernverkehr super angebunden: Hauptbahnhof, U1, 13A, 1, 62.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Billa, Bäcker und Apotheke nur 1 min entfernt; Spar, Hofer, Denn's, BIPA, dm, etc. in angenehmer Gehentfernung.
The Alois-Draschke-Park is just around the corner and the apartment is well connected with regional and long-distance transport: Hauptbahnhof (main train station), U1, 13A, 1, 62.
Shops: Billa, bakery and pharmacy only 1 min away; Spar, Hofer, Denn's, BIPA, dm, etc. in a pleasant walking distance.
Das WG-Leben ist relativ ruhig und entspannt, ab und zu wird mal gemeinsam gekocht, was unternommen, im Winter Punsch getrunken und im Sommer Baden gegangen etc. je nachdem wie sich Zeit findet, und man hat auch immer ein offenes Ohr für Anliegen. Wir haben einen Putzplan und es wird darauf geachtet, dass sich jeder mit der Sauberkeit wohl fühlt.
Am Ende der Zeit ist es mir sehr wichtig, dass das Zimmer sauber und ordentlich hinterlassen wird.
Our daily life in the flat is relatively calm and relaxed. From time to time we also do activities together (cooking, drinking Punsch in the winter, go swimming in the summer, etc).
Cleanliness in the flat is important for us. We have a cleaning schedule so that everyone feels comfortable.
Die Miete beträgt 262€ pro Monat und die Kaution ist 600€. Die Kaution nehme ich persönlich für meine Möbel als Garantie und wird rückerstattet. Der Raum ist ausgestattet mit Bett (+Matratze, Decken, Polster), Kleiderregal, Schreibtisch +Stuhl, Teppich, ein kleines Schränkchen, Stehlampe, Schreibtischlampe, Vorhänge, Couch, Wohnzimmertisch, großer Spiegel.
The rent costs 262€ per month and the deposit is 600€. The deposit is for guarantee of my furniture and will be refunded in the end. It is very important that the room is left clean and tidy just like how it was in the beginning.
The room itself is equipped with bed (+ mattress, blankets, pillow), clothes rack, desk + chair, carpet, a small cabinet, desk lamp, curtains, and a couch.
