Großes, voll möbliertes Zimmer, mit großer ausziehbarer Gästecouch, Schreibtisch und allem Notwendigen. Es steht eine Kommode in der Zeit der Zwischenmiete für deine Sachen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist allgemein sehr groß und wirkt durch die hohen Decken noch größer. Es gibt auch einen riesigen Balkon direkt an das Zimmer angrenzend, der zum Hof raus gelegen ist. Ansonsten haben wir noch ein gemeinsames Ess- und Wohnzimmer und unsere Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet.
Large, fully furnished room with a big pull-out couch for guests, desk and everything you need. There is a dresser available for your belongings during the interim rental period. The apartment is generally very large and appears even bigger due to the high ceilings. There is also a huge balcony directly infront of the room, that faces the courtyard, which is a dream, especially in summer. We also have a common dining and living room and our kitchen is very well equipped if you like to cook.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Augarten, einem super schönen Park, in dem man Spazieren, Sport machen oder einfach nur entspannen kann. Direkt vor der Haustür fährt eine Tram und ein Bus, ansonsten sind die U4 und U2 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Generell ist die Lage echt sensationell, Donaukanal und Innenstadt sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch auf der Donauinsel ist man in 15 Minuten mit der Tram.
The apartment is located directly at the Augarten, a super nice park where you can walk, do sports or just relax. There is a tram and a bus right outside the front door and the U4 and U2 are a 5-minute walk away. In general, the location is really sensational, the Danube Canal and the city center are in short walking distance and you can also get to the Danube Island in 15 minutes by tram.
Es ist eine Vierer-WG bestehend aus Yvonne, Tanja und Johannes. Es sind alle berufstätig bzw. am Ende ihres Studiums. Es ist zwar keine Zweck-WG, aber auch keine Party-WG. Alle sind sehr offen, respektvoll und freundlich und wenn es sich ergibt, machen wir auch gerne Sachen zusammen, ansonsten bietet das große Zimmer auch eine angenehme und ruhige Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Falls dich die Anzeige anspricht, lern uns am besten mal persönlich bei einer Besichtigung kennen und mach dir dein eigenes Bild :)
It is a shared flat consisting of Yvonne, Tanja and Johannes. They are all employed or at the end of their studies. It's not a purpose-built flat share, but we're not a party flat either. Everyone is very open, respectful and friendly and if it comes up, we like to do things together, otherwise the large room also offers a pleasant and quiet retreat for you. If the ad appeals to you, it is best to get to know us personally during a visit and built your own opinion if this could fit to you :)
