Ein ca 13qm großes WG-Zimmer wird in einer 4er-WG am Yppenplatz in Ottakring ab 1.11. frei (falls nötig, kannst du auch schon vorher einziehen).
Zuerst zum Zimmer und der Wohnung als solchem:
Es ist Straßenseitig, jedoch ist draußen kaum verkehr und man kann auch im Sommer problemlos bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Es liegt gleich am Yppenplatz, so dass man, wenn überhaupt, hauptsächlich das Geschnatter der Leute aus den Lokalen hört. An sich ein sehr, ähem, romantischer Platz, wenn man das so sagen darf.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt etwa 100 qm groß. Es gibt drei Zimmer.
Ein kleines Kabinett dient auch als Wohnzimmer, wo wir auch gerne mal zusammen bei einer Flasche Wein und einem guten Film Zeit verbringen.
Insgesamt gibt's drei (!) Duschen und zwei WCs.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Brunnenmarkt wie Sand am Meer.
Die Tram-Linien 44, 46 und 2 sind alle innerhalb drei Minuten Gehweite erreichbar. Die U6 Josefstädter Straße ebenfalls.
Über die WG-BewohnerInnen:
Wir sind G. (männlich, 37) und H. (weiblich, 29), sowie auch M. (weiblich, 28).
Wir kommen aus Österreich, Japan und Tschechien. Aus diesem Grund ist Englisch unsere gemeinsame Sprache im Haushalt. Es wäre super, falls du es sprechen könntest.
Wir sind alle drei mehr oder weniger politisch aktiv und interessiert. Wir wünschen uns auf jeden Fall, dass Worte wie Antisexismus und Antifaschismus für dich nicht nur hohle Phrasen sind.
Wir gehen öfter gerne mal gemeinsam oder auch alleine aus und machen Party, aber auch einfach nur mal in Ruhe alleine chillen und Raum für sich zu brauchen ist absolut kein Problem.
FPÖ/ÖVP-WählerInnen, Rechte, CoronaleugnerInnen und ähnliche Idioten brauchen erst gar nicht anzufragen. Wir wünschen uns auch, dass du gegen Covid-19 geimpft bist.
An approx 13qm room in a 4 people-WG will be available on the Yppenplatz in Vienna from 1. November on. In case you need a room faster, we can figure something out :)
First of all, about the room in question:
It's 13qm and has two windows which are facing the street. But no worries, there's hardly any traffic on the street, so you can sleep with open windows also in summer.
The apartment is directly on the Yppenplatz (if you don't know the place, google it, you won't regret it!), so what you'll hear is mostly the faint voices of the people sitting in the pubs :) All in all it's a, well, kinda romantic place to live.
The apartment as such is about 100qm big and has 3 rooms.
There is also a small cabinet which we are using as living room where we hang out, watch movies and open a bottle of wine or two.
All in all there's 3 (!) showers and two bathrooms.
Since the apartment is next to the Brunnenmarkt, there plenty of shopping possibilities. Also, the Tram lines 44, 46 and 2 are all withing 3 minutes of walking. The U6 Josefstädter Straße is also just 4 minutes away.
We are G. (male, 37yo) and H. (female, 29yo) as well as M. (female, 28yo). We come from Austria, Japan and the Czech Republic, so our common language is english. It would be great if you could also speak it.
All of us are politically interested and active to some extent. If words like "anti-sexism" and "anti-fascism" aren't just meaningless phrases to you, we would appreciate it very much.
Sometimes we like to go out together and party, but also chilling alone at home is totally fine.
It would be best if you could visit us directly at our flat. If that's not possible we canne arrange a video call, too.
Voters of rightwing parties, racists, corona-deniers and other idiots: don't even think about contacting us. Also, we'd like you do be vaccinated against Covid-19.
