Nachdem ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehe, gebe ich dieses wunderschöne Zimmer ab. Das Einzugsdatum (15.12.) ist aufgrund der Kurzfristigkeit verhandelbar. Die Wohnung hat 84m^2 und besteht aus einer Wohnküche einem kleinen aber feinen Badezimmer, einem getrennten WC, einem kleinen Abstellraum und den drei separat begehbaren Zimmern.
Die Küche wurde neu eingebaut bevor wir eingezogen sind und generell ist die Wohnung in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler.
Das Zimmer ist zur Straße hin ausgerichtet. Die Helligkeit ist nie ein Problem (es sei denn es ist dunkel...). Ich würde gerne mein Bett, mein Bücherregal, den Kleiderschrank und den Nachttisch zur Ablöse (150€) dalassen.

Since I'll be moving in with my girlfriend, this lovely room will be free. The move-in date (15.12) is negotiable due to the short notice. The flat has 84 m^2 and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, a small but nice bathroom, a seperate toilet, a small storage space and the 3 rooms.
The kitchen was newly installed before wie moved in, the flat is generally in a good state.
There's a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The room faces the street. There's enough light in the room (unless it's dark...).
I would be happy to leave my bed, my book shelf, the wardorbe and the bedside table for a fee (150€).
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße der Meidlinger Hauptstraße. Auf dieser findet man alles, was man so fürs tägliche Leben braucht: Billa, Interspar, Lidl, Hofer, Bank, Apotheke, DM, Bipa, Trafik usw... alles in unter 5 Minuten Gehweg zu erreichen. Öffentlich ist die Wohnung an die U6 Stationen Niederhofstraße (5 min) und Bahnhof Meidling (7 min) und an die U4 Station Meidlinger Hauptstraße (10 min) angebunden. Schönbrunn ist ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The apartment is situated next to the Meidlinger Hauptstraße, therefore you have a lot of options concerning grocery shopping in less than 5 minutes by foot. There is also a tobacco store and drugstores very close by. The subway (U6) is 5 minutes away or you can also take the U4, which is about 10 minutes of a walk. The Trainstation Meidling, where the S-Bahn leaves, is also only 7 minutes away.
In der WG tut sich gerade viel! :)
Ich ziehe aus und eine der Mitbewohnerinnen (Laura) ist im Februar mit ihrem Sportwissenschaftsstudium fertig und wird spätestens mit Anfang April (bis September) wegen einem Praktikum ausziehen. Sie wird für den Zeitraum ihr Zimmer untervermieten (da wird dann einfach als WG gemeinsam beschlossen, wer nachfolgen darf). Ist noch nicht ganz klar, ob sie wieder einzieht, aber das sieht man dann eh.
In der WG bleiben dann noch Lissi & Kathi. Lissi studiert Volkschul-Lehramt, Kathi hat auf Lehramt Deutsch & Biologie studiert und arbeitet mal als Deutschlehrerin, mal Skilehrerin und im Sommer Schwimmlehrerin. Die zwei sind während dem Semester in Wien und werden für die Ferien ihr Zimmer wieder untervermieten, denn da zieht's die zwei zurück in die Heimat.
In unserer WG wird gern gemeinsam gekocht, getratscht und auch mal gefeiert. Wir schauen darauf, dass die gemeinsam genutzten Räume sauber bleiben und jeder kümmert sich mal um den Müll.

There's a lot going on right now! :)
I'm moving out and one of my flatmates (Laura) will be moving out for an internship the latetest at the beginning of April (till September) and she will be subletting her room (the flatmates will decide together who will move in instead). It's uncertain if she will move back in or not, will see.
The remaining flatmates are Lissi & Kathi. They'll be in Vienna during the semester and move out for the holiday months in summer. They'll be subletting their room as well for those months, since they'll be spending this time back home.
In our flat, we like to cook together, have a coffee & chat in the kitchen and sometimes even party. We make sure, the common rooms stay clean and everybody takes care of the rubbish once a while.
