Ich verlasse mein Zimmer von Oktober bis Februar, um ein Austauschsemester zu absolvieren. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert (Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl, Bücherregal, ein kurzer und ein hoher Kleiderschrank und ein Bett), mit einem großen Fenster, das viel Tageslicht hereinlässt. Das Fenster blickt auf den Innenhof und ist daher das ruhigste Zimmer in der Wohnung.
Es gibt eine (komplett ausgestattete) Wohnküche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und einem kleinen Balkon. Die gemeinsame Waschmaschine und der Trockner befinden sich im Keller, ebenso wie ein Lagerraum. Das Badezimmer hat sowohl eine Dusche als auch eine Badewanne, und die Toilette ist getrennt.

I am leaving my room from October to February to go to an exchange semester. The room is fully furnished (desk with desk chair, bookshelf, a short and a tall wardrobe and a bed), with a big window that provides a lot of daylight. The window faces the patio, and is therefore the most quiet room in the flat.
There is a (fully equiped) shared kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge, microwave and a small balcony. The shared clothes washing machine and the dryer are in the basement, as well as a cellar with storage space. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, and the toilet is separate.

Die Wohnung ist 3 Minuten von der Bahn- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle Hernals entfernt:
-Die S54 verbindet Hütteldorf - Handelskai (von wo aus die Flughafen-Züge abfahren).
-Die Straßenbahnlinie 43 verbindet Neuwaldegg - Schottentor (1. Bezirk, Hauptuniversität).
-Die Buslinie 10A (Niederhofstraße - Heiligenstadt) ist 5-6 Minuten entfernt.
Das Stadtzentrum und der Campus der Hauptuniversität Wien sind mit der Straßenbahn in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Campus der Universität für Bodenkultur (BOKU) ist mit dem Bus in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Es gibt 3 Supermärkte in der Nähe (5 Minuten entfernt): Lidl, Billa Plus, Hofer. Es gibt auch eine Tankstelle mit einem rund um die Uhr geöffneten Minimarkt und eine Apotheke.
Ein paar Straßenbahnhaltestellen entfernt (oder eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß) befindet sich der Stadtwanderweg 3, ideal für schnelle Naturausflüge.

The appartment is 3 minutes away from the Hernals train and tram station:

-The tram 43 connects Neuwaldegg to Schottentor (1st district, main university).
-The bus line 10A (Niederhofstraße - Heiligenstadt) is 5-6 minutes away.
The center and the campus of the main university of vienna are 20 minutes away by tram. The campus of the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU) is 10-15 minutes away by bus.

Die Wohnung ist unkompliziert und ruhig. Die anderen beiden Mitbewohner sind Claudia (25) und Bohdan (19), die mit Studium und Arbeit beschäftigt sind, einfach sind, und das Zusammenleben verläuft reibungslos.
