Teilmöblierte Zwischenmiete im 4. Bezirk ab April, 1-3 Monate; potentiell verlängerbar

Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Südtiroler Platz und ist somit in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof. Dadurch sind wir hier mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bestens ausgestattet. Die U1 und die 13A erreicht man innerhalb einer Gehminute, den Hauptbahnhof in ca. 5. Billa und Hofer sind ca. 2-3 Minuten entfernt. in der Nähe ist auch der Alois-Drasche-Park der im Sommer nice zum chillen ist :) in die andere Richtung auch das Belvedere, im empfehle vor allem den Botanischen Garten daneben!

The apartment is located very close to Südtiroler Platz, thus it is also near the main train station. As a result, there are many public transport options. The U1 and the 13A can be reached within a minute's walk, and the main train station in about 5. Billa and Hofer are about 2-3 minutes away. Nearby is also the Alois-Drasche-Park, which is nice for hanging out in the summer :) In the other direction, there's also the Belvedere, I especially recommend the Botanical Garden next to it!

Deine beiden Mitbewohner für die Zeit wären Till und Janik, die ich als sehr umgänglich und rücksichtsvoll erlebt habe! Sie studieren beide an der Hauptuni (internationale) Wirtschaft, Till schreibt bereit seine Masterarbeit und nebenberuflich vermittelt er Fußballspieler an amerikanische Unis. Janik ist grade im zweiten Semester seines Master. Beide interessieren sich für Fußball und anderen Sport wie Basketball (aktiv sowie zum Schauen) und gehen ab und zu ins McFit. Janik hat früher in einer Bar gearbeitet und kann daher ganz gut Cocktails zaubern :) Insgesamt würde ich beide als eher ruhig, aber dennoch motiviert für spontane WG-Aktivitäten beschreiben. Ich habe mich im Zusammenleben mit ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt und bin mir sicher, dass es dir auch so gehen wird :)

Your two roommates for the time would be Till and Janik, who I have found to be very easy-going and considerate! They both study international business at the main university, with Till already working on his master's thesis and part-time facilitating the recruitment of soccer players to American universities. Janik is currently in the second semester of his master's. Both are interested in soccer and other sports like basketball (both playing and watching) and occasionally go to McFit. Janik has previously worked in a bar and can therefore whip up some pretty good cocktails :) Overall, I would describe both of them as rather laid back but still motivated for spontaneous activities. I have felt very comfortable living with them and am sure you will feel the same :)

Ich ziehe relativ spontan zu Freunden in die WG und biete deswegen das Zimmer flexibel für 1-3 Monaten zur Zwischenmiete, jedoch kann das Zimmer danach auch längerfristig gemietet werden, dann ohne die Möbel (Bett und ggf. der weiße Kleiderschrank können abgelöst werden). Ich bin jedoch dann kein Hauptmieter mehr und die anderen werden auch nicht viel länger als ein halbes Jahr noch hier wohnen und würden deshalb nicht die Rolle des Hauptmieters übernehmen. Wenn du also Interesse hast könntest du dann auch deine eigene WG hier gründen, die Wohnung fand ich nämlich top zum Wohnen und der Vermieter ist auch sehr korrekt, lässt immer alles schnell reparieren etc. Aber ist natürlich kein Muss und gibt auch keinen Nachteil bei der Auswahl wenn man das nicht macht. Meine beiden Mitbewohner sind für Ostern nach Hause gefahren, heißt fürs Kennenlernen müsstest du dich erstmal mit einem Video-Call begnügen. Du kannst aber trotzdem gerne vorbeikommen und dir die Wohnung anschauen, ich bin die ganze Zeit da!

I am moving quite spontaneously to a shared apartment with friends and am therefore offering the room flexibly for 1-3 months as a sublet. However, the room can also be rented out for a longer term afterward, then without the furniture (the bed and possibly the white wardrobe can be taken over). However, I will no longer be the main tenant, and the others will not be living here much longer than half a year and would therefore not take over the role of the main tenant. So, if you are interested, you could also start your own shared apartment here. I found the apartment to be great for living, and the landlord is very reliable, always ensuring that everything is repaired quickly, etc. But of course, it's not a must, and there's no disadvantage in the selection process if you don't do this. My two roommates have gone home for Easter, which means you would have to make do with a video call for getting to know each other. But you are still welcome to come by and take a look at the apartment; I'll be here most of the time!
