Hey! Da ich (Claudia) nächstes Semester im Ausland studieren werde, sind wir momentan auf der Suche nach jemandem, der in dieser Zeit in unserer 2er WG wohnen möchte. Das Zimmer wird komplett möbliert übergeben und auch alle anderen Dinge, die man so braucht (Waschmaschine, Küchenutensilien, etc.) sind in der Wohnung vorhanden.
Das freie Zimmer hat 19 Quadratmeter und vor allem nachmittags ist es sehr hell und sonnig. Wir haben auch ein gemeinsam genutztes Wohn- und Esszimmer (siehe Fotos), ein großes Bad, WC, Küche und eine Abstellkammer.

Hey! Since I (Claudia) will be studying abroad next semester, we are currently looking for someone who would like to live in our 2-person flat during that time. The room will be handed over fully furnished, and all other necessities (washing machine, kitchen utensils, etc.) are available in the apartment.
The available room is 19 square meters and particularly bright and sunny in the afternoons. We also have a shared living and dining room (see photos), a large bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and a storage room.

Unsere Wohnung liegt im 9. Bezirk, drei Gehminuten von der U6 Nußdorferstraße, 37 und 38 Straßenbahn und fünf Gehminuten von der D Straßenbahn. In ein paar Minuten erreicht man auch einen Billa, Hofer, Spar, Bipa, Libro und eine Apotheke. Das Zimmer geht auf eine Einbahnstraße hinaus, es ist nachts also sehr ruhig.
Die Hauptuni und das alte AKH erreicht man in ca. 20 Minuten, auch der Westbahnhof und andere zentrale Orte sind schnell zu erreichen.
Es gibt einen Abstellplatz für Fahrräder und wir haben ein eigenes Kellerabteil.

Our apartment is located in the 9th district, a three-minute walk from the U6 Nußdorferstraße subway station, tram lines 37 and 38, and a five-minute walk from tram line D. Within a few minutes, you can also reach a Billa, Hofer, Spar, Bipa, Libro, and a pharmacy. The room faces a one-way street, so it's very quiet at night.
The main university and the old AKH (General Hospital) can be reached in about 20 minutes, and the Westbahnhof (Western Railway Station) and other central locations are also easily accessible.
There is a bike storage space, and we have our own cellar compartment.

Kurze Vorstellung von Lilli:
Hallo, ich heiße Lilli, bin 19 Jahre alt und studiere derzeit Jus im 2. Semester. Weil Claudia für ein Semester nach Frankreich zieht, suche ich also eine neue Mitbewohnerin für diese Zeit.
Kurz zu mir: Ich würde sagen, ich bin ein offener, positiver und empathischer Mensch. Ich mache regelmäßig Sport – gehe ins Gym und laufen – spiele Klavier oder verbringe Zeit mit meinen Freunden. Außerdem koche ich vegan und mache das auch sehr gerne mit meiner Mitbewohnerin – auch zu einem Aperol oder einem Glas Wein sag ich nur selten nein ;)
Trotzdem genieße ich auch sehr, mich in meinem Zimmer zurückziehen und zur Ruhe kommen zu können – genauso respektiere ich auch die Privatsphäre meiner Mitbewohnerin.

Hello, my name is Lilli, I'm 19 years old, and I'm currently in my second semester studying Law. Since Claudia is moving to France for a semester, I'm looking for a new roommate for this time.
About me: I would say I'm an open, positive, and empathetic person. I regularly exercise – go to the gym and run – play the piano, or spend time with my friends. Additionally, I cook vegan and really enjoy doing that with my roommate – and I rarely say no to an Aperol or a glass of wine ;) However, I also really enjoy being able to retreat to my room and find some peace and quiet – and I also respect my roommate's privacy.
