Das Zimmer ist großräumig und hell und straßenseitig ausgerichtet. Es bietet sehr viel Platz um es sich gemütlich (Doppelbett, Couch, großer Schrank und Schreibtisch haben locker Platz.) zu machen und den ein oder anderen Abend entspannt mit Freunden zu verbringen. Weiters werden ein Kasten und andere Möbel im Rahmen einer Ablöse (Preis verhandelbar) abgegeben.
The room is very big, bright and oriented to the street. It offers lots of space for you to have it comfortable (double bed, couch, big wardrobe and desk have enough space easily) and enjoy some evenings with your friends. Further on, a wardrobe and other furnitures can be kept in exchange for a fee (price is negotiable).
Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal an der Kreuzung Neubaugasse/Neustiftgasse. 48A in Richtung Baumgartner Höhe fährt vor der Haustüre ab. Außerdem sind U3, U6, 13A und alle Transportmittel vom Karl Renner Ring auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Billa, Hofer, DM und sonstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind durch die Lerchenfelderstraße und der Mariahilfer Straße gut abgedeckt.
The flat is located at the crossway Neubaugasse/Neustiftgasse. The Bus 48A in the direction of Baumgartner Höhe leaves right infront of the doorsteps. U3, U6, 13A and all public transports from Karl Renner Ring are as well within close proximity. Billa, Hofer, DM and other shopping opportunities are well covered by Lerchenfelderstraße and Mariahilfer Straße.
In unserer WG wird Zusammen und Beisammen sein nicht groß, sondern himmelhoch geschrieben. Gemeinsame Essen, Feiern gehen und die Ungerechtigkeit(en) des alltäglichen Lebens zu betrauern sind das Standardprogramm.
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit Ezgi (21, Lehramt Geschicht und PuP) und Beyza (21, Soziologie) teilen. Beide sind leidenschaftliche Musikerinnen und werden dich mit dem einen oder anderen Privatkonzert beglücken und dir lernen Hip Hop und RnB zu lieben (wenn du das nicht sowieso schon tust).
Ezgi ist immer und für alles bereit, motiviert dich für jede Party und borgt dir sicher mal das eine oder andere Stück aus ihrem Schrank der eher schon ein ganzer Laden ist. Außerdem kannst du deine Pflanzen im Notfall immer ihn ihre Obhut geben, ihr grüner Daumen rettet alles. Beyza wirst du meistens in der Küche, ihrem Territorium finden, wo sie entweder mit einem Tratscherl auf dich wartet, oder gemeinsam mit dir schweigt. Sie hat die Kunst des Frühstück machens perfektioniert und wird dir die besten Eier des 7. Bezirks servieren, vor allem wenn du sie ungesalzen magst.
In our flat being and living together is priority. Eating together, going out and mourning the injustice(s) of daily life are usually on the agenda.
You will share the flat with Ezgi (21, Lehramt History and Pup) and Beyza (21, Sociology). Both are passionate musicians and will please you with some private concerts and teach you to love Hip Hop and RnB (if you don’t already do that) .
Ezgi is always up for everything, motivates you for every party and will for sure borrow you some pieces from her wardrobe, that already resembles a whole shop. She will also take very good care of your plants, in case of need.
You will meet Beyza usually in the kitchen, her territory, where she will have nice conversations with you or share a moment in silence. She perfected the art of making breakfast and will serve you the best eggs of the 7th district, especially if you like them unsalted.
Besonders wichtig ist, dass du offen gegenüber verschiedenen Nationalitäten, Sprachen und der LGBTQplus Community eingestellt bist.
