In unserer WG wird ein großes, helles Zimmer (27 m2) inklusive Möbel (Couch ausklappbar, 1 Doppelmatratze, Schreibtisch, Stühle, neuer Ikea Kleiderschrank, großem Expedit Egal etc.) frei. 450€ inkl. allem (Internet, Heizkosten, Haushaltsversicherung etc.) 1 Monatsmiete Kaution. Neue Fenster wurden vor 8 Monaten eingebaut.
Ich bin Tänzerin, wohne im Durchgangszimmer und oft unterwegs (meistens nur abends daheim). D.h. auch wenn du tagsüber viel daheim bist macht es mir nichts wenn du durch mein Zimmer gehst. Nachts nach 24Uhr würde ich dann um etwas Rücksicht bitten, aber da gab es bisher keine Probleme. WANN: ab Anfang September/Oktober (so bald wie möglich)- unbefristet/ flexibel
Mit Untermietvertrag und der Einzug sollte so bald wie möglich sein (spätestens ab Anfang Oktober). Besichtigungen so bad wie möglich, am besten schreib einfach eine Nachricht.
ie Gegend ist wirklich ideal vor den Geschäften Bipa gegenüber der Straße und dem Supermarkt Lidl in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Spar ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und viele Restaurants und andere Geschäfte in der Umgebung.
Die neue Busverbindung Pilgramgasse U4Z ist ebenfalls nur 3 Stationen mit dem Bus entfernt.
Die Busverbindung 59A zum Karlsplatz / Wien Meidling ist gleich um die Ecke. Busverbindung 12A Richtung Reumannplatz und auch 14A.
The area is really ideal infront of the shops Bipa accross the street and the Supermarket Lidl at a walking distance of 5 minutes. Spar is at walking distance of 10 minutes and many restaurants and other shops around. Pilgramgasse new bus connection U4Z is also only 3 stations away by bus.
The Bus connections 59A to Karlsplatz/Wien Meidling is right around the corner. Bus connection 12A directions Reumannplatz and also 14A.
Uns sind Sauberkeit (v.a. in den gemeinsam genutzten Räumen) und Zuverlässigkeit wichtig. Da ich viel unterwegs bin kann es eine Zweck WG sein, muss es aber auch nicht (gerne können wir auch etwas unternehmen wenn wir uns verstehen, aber ich möchte alles zwangsfrei halten). Im 3.
