Hallo ihr Lieben!
Da meine Mitbewohnerin ab Februar ein Auslandssemester macht, bin ich auf der Suche nach jemandem, der in dieser Zeit bei mir einziehen will (Februar bis Sommer).
Die Altbauwohnung hat 68m², eine Raumhöhe von 3,50m und befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoß. Die Wohnung ist aufgeteilt in zwei Schlafzimmer, ein gemeinsames Wohn - & Esszimmer, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer und ein separates WC. Das freie Zimmer hat 12m² und ist voll möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Kommode, Spiegel, Regal – siehe Fotos). Ausgerichtet ist das Zimmer Richtung Gürtel, das Fenster ist allerdings sehr gut schallgedämmt.
In der Miete von 430€ sind Strom, Gas und Internet bereits inbegriffen und es wäre eine Kaution von 1050€ zu hinterlegen.
Die Wohnung liegt im 8. Bezirk und ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Haltestelle U6 Alser Straße und der Straßenbahnlinie 43 entfernt. Außerdem fährt die Straßenbahnlinie 44 direkt vor der Haustür weg. Zum Einkaufen befinden sich BILLA, Hofer, BIPA, DM, Spar, usw. nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und auch einige Restaurants, Gasthäuser und ähnliches liegt alles sehr nahe.
Kurz zu mir: Ich heiße Hannah, bin 20 Jahre alt, komme aus der Steiermark und studiere Lebensmittel- und Biotechnologie an der BOKU. Unter der Woche habe ich oft einiges für die Uni zu erledigen, am Abend lasse ich den Tag auch gern bei einem gemeinsamen Film ausklingen. Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich kochen auch gerne gemeinsam oder unterhalten uns auch einfach nett über Gott und die Welt. Grundsätzlich bin ich ein sehr offener und unkomplizierter Mensch und würde mir dasselbe von dir wünschen. Außerdem erwarte ich mir, dass wir gemeinsam die Wohnung sauber halten und Rücksicht aufeinander nehmen.
Damit wir uns vorher kurz kennenlernen können und du dir die Wohnung anschauen kannst, melde dich einfach bei mir und wir machen uns einen Termin aus.

My flat mate will be spending an exchange semester abroad, starting in February. Therefore I’m looking for someone who wants to move in with me (from February till summer).
Our flat is located in the 8th district of Vienna and only 2 min away from the station U6 Alser Straße and tram line 43 and 44. Several grocery stores, pubs and restaurants are in walking distance.
The flat (68 m²) is on the first floor and is divided into 2 bedrooms, 1 living/dining room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom (toilet is separated). Your room (12 m²) will be fully furnished, the rent is 430€ per month including electricity, gas and wifi and the deposit is 1050€.
My name is Hannah, I’m 20 years old and I’m studying food science and biotechnology at BOKU University. During the week I usually have heaps to do for uni but I love to end the day with a nice movie or a glass of wine together. My flatmate and I like to cook together or just have a chat about random things. I’d say I’m a pretty open-minded and easy-going person. Would be nice if we could keep the flat clean together and respect each other.
