Ich suche eine/n nette/n MitbewohnerIn für meine Wohnung im 12. Bezirk, in Hetzendorf für JUNI und JULI. Das WG Zimmer hat 17m2 und ist möbliert - Kommode, Schreibtisch, PAX Kasten, Regal, Bett etc. Es kostet mit allem (Strom, Heizung, Internet etc.) 400 EUR im Monat und ist ab sofort verfügbar. Kaution sind 500 EUR.
I am renting a room in my flat in the 12th district in JUNE and JULY. The room is furnished (cupboard, desk, sideboard, shelf, bed, etc.) and has 17m2. The rent is 400 EUR (all inclusive - electricity, heating, internet etc.), and the deposit is 500EUR. It’s available immediately.
Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in der Nähe vom Hietzinger Bad und Schönbrunn (Gloriette). Vor der Tür fährt entweder die Straßenbahn nach Meidling (U6) oder der Bus nach Hietzing (U4). Der Lainzer Tiergarten ist auch nicht weit. Ein paar Minuten entfernt gibt es einen Bio-Shop und ein kleines türkisches Lebensmittelgeschäft, etwa 10 Minuten entfernt gibt es Spar, Billa, DM etc.
The flat is in a calm area not far from Schönbrunn (Gloriette) and the Hietzinger Bad. In front of the house there is the tram going to Meidling (U6) and the bus going to Hietzing (U4). The Lainzer Tiergarten is not far either. A few minutes away there is an organic food shop and a small Turkish grocery store, about 10 minutes away there is Spar, Billa, DM etc.
Ich wohne derzeit allein in der Wohnung würde mich aber sehr über eine/n nette/n WG Kollegin/en für die nächsten beiden Monate freuen.
Ich bin berufstätig und gerne unterwegs, aufgeschlossen, ordentlich und spreche Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch.
I currently live alone in the apartment, but I would be very happy to have a nice colleague to share it with for the next two months.
I work and enjoy being out with friends, I am open-minded, tidy and speak German, English and French.
