We are looking for ONE PERSON TO RENT TWO beautiful, fully furnished rooms (45 m²) in a Viennese old building apartment in a central location. High ceilings, large windows, therefore very bright and spacious. Excellent location, close to Schottenring, between Augarten and Donaukanal.
In addition to the two large private rooms, you would share the following with another person who is already living in the flat: a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4 people overlooking the Donaukanal and a large bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet, all accessible from the central vestibule.
The furnished rooms are accessible via a separate corridor. The first room faces southeast and is therefore very sunny even in winter. A king size bed (200 x 200) and a large desk (200 x 100) fit perfectly in the space! The second room faces northeast and is therefore cooler in the summer. Towels, blankets, etc. are also provided.
The rooms are ideal for a person working in homeoffice or a couple who have just moved to Vienna and want to take their time until they find a longer-term place to stay.
The rent includes electricity, heating, insurance, WiFi, the entire equipment!
Wir vermieten an EINZELPERSON zwei wunderschöne, voll möblierte und getrennt begehbaren Zimmer (insg. 45 m²) in einer Wiener Altbauwohnung in zentraler Lage. Hohe Decken, große Fenster, daher sehr hell und geräumig. Hervorragende Lage, nahe Schottenring, zwischen Augarten und Donaukanal.
Neben den beiden großen Privatzimmern würdest Du das folgende mit einer weiteren Mitbewohnerin: eine geräumige, voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Esstisch für 4 Personen mit Blick auf den Donaukanal und ein großes Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine sowie eine separate Toilette, die alle vom zentralen Eingangsraum aus zugänglich sind.
Die möblierten Zimmer sind über einen separaten Gang erreichbar. Das eine Zimmer ist nach Südosten ausgerichtet und ist daher auch im Winter sehr sonnig. Ein Kingsize-Bett (200 x 200) und ein großer Schreibtisch (200 x 100) passen perfekt in den Raum! Das zweite Zimmer ist nach Nrodwesten ausgerichtet und ist im Sommer angenehm kühl, aber trotzdem sehr hell. Handtücher, Decken, etc. sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Zimmer sind perfekt für Leute, die im Homeoffice sehr viel Raum benötigen, auch für Pärchen, die gerade erst nach Wien gezogen sind und sich Zeit lassen wollen, bis sie eine längerfristige Bleibe gefunden haben.
Die Miete beinhaltet Strom, Heizung, WiFi, die gesamte Ausstattung!
