Ich vermiete drei große Zimmer (20-22m^2) über den Sommer (ungefährt Juli bis Ende September - flexibel handhabbar). Sie sind ausgestattet mit einem Kasten, einem Schreibtisch, ein Bett, ein Regal, eine Couch und zwei Fenster mit Blick auf den Augarten, weshalb die Zimmer vor allem im Frühling super nett sind zum Wohnen.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man so brauchen kann ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, 2 Bäder, 2 WCs). Sogar einen recht großen Balkon in den Innenhof hat sie.
I am renting out three large rooms (20-22m^2) over the summer (roughly July to the end of September - flexible to manage). They are equipped with a cupboard, a desk, a bed, a shelf, a couch and two windows with a view of the Augarten, which is why the rooms are super nice to live in, especially in spring/summer.
The apartment is equipped with everything you could need (dishwasher, washing machine, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets). It even has a fairly large balcony in the inner courtyard.
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt DIREKT am Augarten, in der Nähe vom Donaukanal.
1 Minute zu Fuß zu der Straßenbahnstation Gaußplatz und zu den Bussen 5A und 5B. Die U4-Station Rossauer Lände ist auch nur 8 Gehminuten entfernt.
In der Nähe gibt es natürlich auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
The apartment is located DIRECTLY at the Augarten, near the Danube Canal.
1 minute walk to the tram station Gaussplatz and to the buses 5A and 5B. The U4 station Rossauer Lände is also only 8 minutes walk away.
Nearby there are of course also various shopping facilities.
WG-Leben
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und unkompliziert. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Alltag, manchmal trifft man sich in der Küche, plaudert ein bisschen, isst mal zusammen wenn es sich ergibt oder feiert mal zusammen (wenn man will).
Life in our shared flat is very relaxed and uncomplicated. Everyone has their own daily routine, sometimes you meet in the kitchen, chat a bit, eat together if it comes up or celebrate together (if you want to).
