Unsere moderne Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern und einer Küche, Badezimmer und einer getrennten Toilette. Im Zimmer ist ein Doppelbett, Schreibtisch und eine Möglichkeit die Kleidung zu verstauen. Alles hier ist möbliert, Geschirrspülmaschine und sonstiges Interieur ist bereits vorhanden. Des Weiteren bietet die Wohnung eine Waschmaschine. Weitere Bilder schicke ich gerne auf Anfrage.
Our flat exists out of 2 rooms and one kitchen as well as a bathroom and a separate toilette. We do have also a dishwasher and a washing machine. Pictures on request :)
Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein, die U-bahn Linie 3 Station Neubaugasse ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar und die U-bahn Linie 4 Kettenbrückengasse ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Zur Tram gelangt man in ca. 5 Minuten (Burggarten). Außerdem fällt man vor unserer Haustüre quasi über jeden E-scooter und ist auch so sehr flexibel.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben der Mariahilferstraße (große Shopping Straße in Wien) und man ist auch in Kürze am Burggarten sowie am Museumsquartier. Geht man in die andere Richtung ist man in 5 Minuten am Naschmarkt und hat dort viele Möglichkeiten um sich kulinarisch auszuprobieren.
The location could hardly be better, the subway line 3 station Neubaugasse is reachable in 2 minutes and the subway line 4 Kettenbrückengasse is 5 minutes away. To the "tram" you get in about 5 minutes (Burggarten). In addition, you find in of front of our door lots of E-scooters.
The apartment is located right next to the Mariahilferstraße (big shopping street in Vienna) and you are also close to the Burggarten as well as the Museumsquartier. If you go in the other direction you are in 5 minutes at the Naschmarkt and where you have many possibilities to try out culinary.
Ich selbst achte auf Sauberkeit, arbeite den ganzen Tag und genieße nette Gespräche am Abend. Außerdem ist mir Sport auch sehr wichtig und wir könnten eventuell zusammen Tennis spielen oder einfach gemeinsam auf ein Glas Spritzer in den Burggarten gehen.
I myself pay attention to cleanliness, work all day and enjoy nice conversations in the evening. In addition, sports is also very important to me and we could possibly play tennis together or just go together for a glass of Austrian "Spritzer" in Burggarten.
