Ich bin zwischen August 2024 und Jänner 2025 auf Auslandssemester und vermiete für diesen Zeitraum mein WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Sofa) und befindet sich in einer 2er-WG. Küche ist vollausgestattet und wir besitzen eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand.
Die Wohnung ist fußläufig 3 Minuten von der U3-Station Kardinal-Nagl-Platz entfernt. Der Prater-Park ist ebenfalls in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Rad ist man sogar innerhalb von nur 5 Minuten dort. Apropos Fahrrad, im Innenhof des Hauses befinden sich überdachte Fahrradständer und vor dem Haus sind ebenfalls mehrere Parkmöglichkeiten.
Die Wirtschaftsuniversität ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten erreichbar und der Weg dorthin führt durch den Prater. Auch zur Donauinsel sind es mit dem Fahrrad gerade einmal 20 Minuten.
Im Umkreis von 7 Minuten (zu Fuß) befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte (Billa, Hofer), Drogerien (DM,BiPA), Post, Apotheke, Fitnessstudio und mehrere Restaurants.
Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer kleinen Straße, die zum Glück wenig befahren ist. Durch die dicken Wände des Hauses ist es in der Wohnung auch sehr ruhig und man selbst muss nicht zu viel Acht auf die Nachbarn geben.

I am spending a semester abroad between August 2024 and January 2025 and am renting out my room in a shared flat for this period. The room is fully furnished (bed, desk, closet, sofa) and is located in a shared flat for 2 people. Kitchen is fully equipped and we have a washing machine. The apartment is in very good condition.
The apartment is a 3-minute walk from the Kardinal-Nagl-Platz U3 station. The Prater Park is also just a 10-minute walk away. You can even get there by bike in just 5 minutes. Speaking of bicycles, there are covered bicycle stands in the inner courtyard of the building and several parking spaces in front of the building.
The University of Economics can be reached by bike in 10 minutes and the route there leads through the Prater. The Danube Island is also just 20 minutes away by bike.
There are several supermarkets (Billa, Hofer), drugstores (DM, BiPA), post office, pharmacy, fitness studio and several restaurants within a 7-minute walk.
The apartment is located on a small street, which fortunately has little traffic. Due to the thick walls of the house, it is also very quiet in the apartment and you don't have to pay too much attention to the neighbors.
