The equipment of the room includes a 1.4m wide bed, a double wardrobe, a desk and a small bookshelf.
All furniture (bed, wardrobe and bookshelf) can be purchased for a small fee of 170 Euros.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 82 Quadratmeter groß und liegt sich im 20. Wiener Gemeindebezirk.
Weniger als 5 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich die Ubahnlinie U6, die Straßenbahnlinie 31, sowie die Buslinie 5B. Mittels dieser Linien ist das Zentrum Wiens innerhalb weniger Minuten problemlos zu erreichen. Außerdem befindet sich die Donauinsel nur etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Während der Sommermonate bietet diese reichlich Möglichkeit für Freizeitaktivitäten wie Radfahren, Baden oder
Grillen.
Durch die Kombination aus Wohnzimmer und Küche gestaltet sich der Wohnraum sehr offen und lebendig. Sämtliche Räume sind hell und gut durchlüftet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der großzügige Balkon, auf dem sich bestens laue Sommerabende verbringen lassen.

During the summer months it offers plenty of opportunities for leisure activities such as cycling, swimming or barbecuing.
The combination of living room and kitchen makes the living room very open and lively. All rooms are briaht and well aired. Particularly noteworthy is the spacious balcony, which is ideal for spending balmy summer evenings.
Deinen Mitbewohnern sind zwei sehr nette und freundliche Typen.
Wir gehen gerne zusammen bouldern, brunchen und kochen auch mal zusammen. Aber wir verbringen auch gerne mal eine ruhige Zeit alleine.
Lukas(29), aus Österreich, lebt seit sechs Jahren in der WG, ist Unternehmer und hat sein eigenes Startup. Er geht gerne bouldern, genießt die Natur, reist und trinkt morgens gerne Kaffee. Außerdem ist er ein riesiger Malcom in the middle-Fan.
Federico(23) aus Italien, macht seinen Master in Chemie. Er ist ein sehr talentierter Koch, der auch gerne Sport treibt, singt, in die Oper geht und ein großer Fan von Comics und Büchern ist. Und wie ein guter Italiener isst er sehr oft Pasta und kann sein eigenes Brot backen.

Your flatmates are two very nice and friendly guys.
We like to go bouldering, brunch and sometimes cook together. But we also like to spend some quiet time alone.
Lukas(29), from is from Austria and has been living in the flat for six years, hes is an entrpreneuer, having his own startup. He likes to go bouldern, to enjoy the nature, to travel and to drink coffee in the morning, He is also a huge Malcom in the middle fan.
Federico(23) from Italy, is doing his masters in chemistry. He is a very talented cook, who also enjoys to do sports, to sing, to go to the opera and he is a huge fan of comics and books. And like a good Italian, he eats pasta very often and can make his own bread.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll und ich habe sehr schöne Erinnerungen mit meinen jetzigen und ehemaligen Mitbewohnern aufgebaut. Die Mitbewohner sind super cool und du wirst interessante Gespräche mit ihnen führen.
Wir teilen die meisten Lebensmittel, wie Gemüse, Obst, Brot und Käse. Es gibt auch einen Reinigungsplan.

Tha flat is really great and I built very nice memories with my present and former flatmates. The flatmates are super cool and you will have interesting conversations with them.
We do share the most of the food, such as vegetables, fruits, bread and cheese. there is also a cleaning plan.
