Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock, ist 130m2 insegsamt groß und besitzt 3 gleich große Zimmer und ein kleineres.
Bad und WC sind getrennt begehbar. Die Küche ist groß genug zum gemeinsamen Essen und Quatschen
Eines der größeren Zimmer (26m2) wird ab Anfang Juni frei.
Eventuell kann das Bett übernommen werden.

The apartment is on the 1st floor, it‘s 130qm in total and divided into 3 living spaces of 26qm and 1x 13qm.
Our bath and toilet are separate, the kitchen is medium sized.
We‘re looking for someone renting the 26qm room, from the beginning of June.
The old flatmate might leave his bed in the room and you can talk about the costs.
Der 13A fährt direkt bei uns ab.
Die Strassenbahnen 1, 62 & Badnerbahn fahren (normalerweise) direkt vor unserer Haustür. Jedoch werden die Schienen gerade saniert, sodass erst wieder ab Herbst normaler Betrieb ist.
Ab Blechturmgasse (5-10 min) fährt die 18er
U1 Taubstummengasse circa 10 min zu Fuß
Spar ist direkt nebenan, Dm, Post, Bäcker etc sind alle innerhalb von 2 min zu erreichen
Ein Park ist übrigens auch direkt ums Eck

13A Bus Station is right next to our apartment.
We have a couple of trams right in front of the house (1, 62, 18 & Badnerbahn), which are currently getting renovated. U1 Taubstummengasse is around 10mins walking distance.
Daily needs shopping can be done in a radius of 1km - there´s a spar next door.
Also there´s a park right around the corner.
Zu uns:
Wir sind zwei Mädels (23 & 25) und ein Junge (27) die nach einem neuen Mitbewohner suchen bzw Mitbewohnerin.
Ani ist unser neuster WG Zuzug. Sie studiert seit diesem Semester im Master an der Hauptuni und kommt eigentlich aus Nürnberg. Sie ist viel unterwegs und geht gern feiern. Dennoch kann man sie immer in der Küche antreffen zum Deep Reden und Gossipen.
Fenja kommt aus Hamburg und wohnt seit 3 in Wien. Soe schließt gerade noch ihren Bachelor in Soziologie ab und versucht ansonsten soweit es geht ihr Leben zu geniessen. Ab und an wird auch für die WG gebacken.
Wenn Max gerade mal nicht Musik produziert (hat Schallschutz also nicht laut) dann studiert er an der TU Architektur. Sportlich ist er auch (Gym und Football). Gite Ramen kann er auch kochen.

We‘re one guy (27yo) and two girls (23yo & 25yo) that are looking for people around our age, who are prefferably working / studying.
Basically we‘d love someone who is pleasant to be around, as well as clean (referring to collectivly used areas of the flat) and reliable (which includes small weekly cleaning tasks).
We´re up for the occasional cooking session or some beer / wine or whatever other kind of activities :)
Unser Wasserkocher zieht leider auch aus also Pluspunkte, wenn du einen mitbringen kannst.
Wir verquatschen uns gerne in der Küche und würden uns freuen, wenn du auch Lust auf ein gemeinsames Miteinander und nicht nur an einem aneinander vorbei leben hast.
Selten aber nicht zu selten wird in der WG mit unseren friends gefeiert (Nachbarn nicht existent bzw chillig)
